    By the way tee shirts are rubbish for sunny days i.e. it's hot, you're outside and you're sweating, singlets/vests are the only way to go but i appreciate not everyone looks good though, but still better than sweaty pits

    I'm using 3BB fiber, Samsung TV is connected via ethernet, phone is connected via wifi and VPN, this then allows me to cast to TV. If i could get the ethernet connection to use the same VPN i wouldn't need to cast

    I've discovered a nano sleep recently during the day, literally sleep for seconds or minutes then get up and feel refreshed, if i sleep daytime for a length of time like an hour+ i feel groggy for the rest of the day

    I wake up around 4am often 3am but that's a bit early but once I'm awake i get up, I cycle 4 mornings, golf 2 mornings, 1 day off, I'm really tired and often sleep 8pm, works for me. I don't have a pensioner nap, except maybe once every month or so

    I've always enjoyed Bali, get out of Kuta away from the bogan aussies and hopefully you'll have a good time, but i haven't been for a few years, Ubud was my favourite
