I think everyone is different, I started getting gout attacks a couple of years ago...and have slowly worked out what does and what doesn't trigger it...the last one found was raw tomatoes. Getting dehydrated also kicks it off quite quickly...luckily alcohol doesn't (except red wine).
Get some Colc hicine (check with doc first) and as soon as the symptoms start take two...do not wait until the pain actually starts, it's too late by then.
I'm like you i take tablet as soon as i feel the symptoms although i choose 50 mg sodium diclofenac
I've tried taking allopurinol but couldn't get the balance right.and still got attacks so i stopped taking it (also i didn't like taking tablets every day)

Rather amusing that you live in Thailand but don't know what a Cheap Charlie is - really, do you live in a cave?! ?.
There's nothing wrong with being an employee, I've been one since I was 16 and still am at 61. I don't go into any bars ever and have never rung a bell. So you have more money than others, whoopee do! mine's bigger than yours, playground talk ?.
To conclude your command of English is rather poor so I won't pursue this any further. I suggest you save your breath to practice your golf swing and perhaps seek out some grammar instruction as it appears you have more than one form of handicap. Q.E.D.

A penny pincher, is that any clearer for you?
ah a person who knows how to budget and find value for money without ringing a bell in the bar and probably has more money than most bell ringers but doesn't want the attention and can pay his own medical bills when the shit hits the fan , yep i'm a charlie retired at 48 living here playing golf 4 times a week and always only been a low life employee , its a wonderful life if you're not a power freak

IMHO this is a rather sad thread. Firsrtly I'm not wealthy, I'm 61 still working for a local Asian company despite a serious stroke last year which has left me using a stick to get around.
I determined by the time I got to this age I wouldn't be penny pinching and if I couldn't fly Business Class for the sake of comfort, wherever I was going, then I wouldn't travel. All this scratching around for cheap flights certainly isn't for me.
That said, as always, one man's meat...
About time you learned the value of money and enjoy life while you can instead of being materialistic or hi so

Never get sensible answers on this forum as most posters are illiterate or too up their own arse to read the original post correctly , either don't respond or post relevant information. p.s i've had flights lhr-bkk one way for less than £300 with good lay over times but that was 3+ years ago so now means nothing

No L/J's. Because they were not instructed or made to do.
Store, ha ha. I was a deck hand in the Merchand Navy when I was 22 sailing on a cruise ship 26,000 tons, Empress of Canada on the way to Canada, we hit a hurricane 40+ ft seas, that was a storm.
Later at 38 yrs old took a 58ft cruiser from Liverpool to Mallorca, Spain and hit a force 9 hurricane off Cadiz, Trafalgar that was a storm.
Force 9 is only a severe gale not a hurricane

I had a few issues with HDPrime over the past few weeks. I would email them and they would get back immediately and have it sorted.
But,as of 3 nights ago i have not been able to get any programes and only this as per OP;'Cannot load M3U8: crossdomain access denied'.
I have sent 2 emails, but no response at all, have cleared caches, re booted routers, all to no avail.
Hoping it comes back,as it does have most of my favourite progames.
Try clicking on the secure symbol at the address bar on top of page and then check your settings , maybe adode player might need reactivating

You did not learn much in that time
https://www.sportrider.com/riding-skills-series-using-rear-brake
The rear brake on mt GPZ 600 was next to useless under heavy braking as the rear wheel was in the air most of the time , however on my 350 YPVS the front brake was no good as i was almost always in wheelie mode , what fun it was to be young !!!

OP; Your info is not correct. That rule has been revoked some time ago. You will now have 30 days at a land border crossing with a limit of 2 times in a year. No limit coming in through an airport.
I just saw that sanemax beat me to it with an actual valid link.
Ok thanks , i thought it strange i hadn't heard anything about it , a friend just told me about it and that was the link that came up when i googled it to check

The link you provided gives details of Visa on Arrival and the thread title says Visa exempt stamps . Two different things .
The link has no date on it, its probably from 2014 or something
Try this link for Visa exempt stamps
It states arriving without obtaining prior visa which reads to me like visa exempt . I think it was about 2014 when it was increased from 15 to 30 for G7 countries . I noticed there was no dates on the link thats why im asking the question

Ubon Joe do you know if the reduction from 30 days to 15 at land crossings is correct and if so when does it come in to force ?

Folks, just my observations, only been living here permanently this year but have been working regularly in and out of Thailand since 1978.
In the early days I recognized there were the 1% rich and the 99% dirt poor population, over the last 15 years I have seen this middle class population developing in Thailand, now very strong and noticeable.
Middle class provides , better educated individuals, better paying employment opportunities, have more spending power in the economy and offer a stronger consumer base.
I see these people in the big supermarkets and more expensive restaurants regularly in our area with the disposable income to pay higher prices.
As stated in a previous thread it's all about supply and demand in addition to the side effects of inflation and the strong Thai Baht.
I belive service providers of all categories are starting to recognize this middle class has the funds to pay higher prices for goods and services.
You then get a knock on effect as it filters down the line to local smaller food and grocery stores and street vendors.
One good measure of this class's spending power is the price of houses here in BKK that they can finance.
We are currently renting but in the last 12 months we have been looking for a suitable house in a suitable area.
OMG the prices have gone through the roof in that 12 months....if there were no middle class to acquire many of these properties and we had surplus properties sitting empty, the whole supply and demand chain may reflect less price inflation across other goods and services.
My2cents Worth
PS. Get use to paying higher prices unless the housing market collapses bigtime here in the future.
I think you are correct but that principle doesn't seem to work with the second hand car market prices

Most of us have commented on the appalling driving we see on the roads and many of us have bemoaned the tea money stops while nothing was done to stop poor and dangerous driving. I hope that finally they have seen the light and will address the real issue. The carnage on the roads has to come down, and I wish them every success in actually starting to do so.
I think the point is it costs the economy more in lost time for business than the small fines generated by the checkpoints

What i would like to know is where everyone disappears to after leaving immigration , almost everywhere i go tourism numbers seem low unless its nearly all asian tourists coming to los

more likely an accident , most people dont realise how dangerous burning charcoal in an enclosed space is.
I got very angry with my Thai wife when my eyes became sore while i was watching tv , i found her cooking with charcoal in the kitchen thinking she could save money by not using the gas stove !
