Unfortunately they are everywhere and need to be taken off the streets and brought to a shelter that has a vet on hand. -

The other option is going into the attic and having it spray foam sealed. -
Bhumjaithai Party will not join any coalition with Move Forward

I hope he is holding his breath until someone speaks to him. He’s the worst of the worst for foreigners let alone Thais. -
Cosy beach area is a great place to live, but the traffic on holidays and weekends can be a nightmare. It gets overloaded with tourists going to Restaurant Row along the cliff at the bottom of the hill, and with only 1 single lane to get in and out of the area the traffic jams are horrendous. Other than that it’s a pretty quiet place well positioned between Jomtien and Pattaya. If you have a motorcycle you should be fine.

Buriram residents bewildered by backdated water bills up to 9 years old
jcmj replied to snoop1130's topic in Isaan News
That’s nothing compared to last year’s taxes the government went after for on land and house. They never even sent a bill for 7 years and then they sent them all in one shot to be paid asap or be fined big time. They need to get their sht together on this and any other bills. I’m sure if I didn’t pay my water bill for 2-3 months they would cut it off. These people are actually lucky they didn’t, but that is a lot of money for these poor Thais. -
Pratumnak hill has become over run with the Soi dogs and I am seeing more puppies. There may be a few nice ones, but there a lot especially on Soi 1 and 2 that chase people and motorbikes. I have to be very careful to take my dog on a walk. They gang up all around us. And no they are not friendly. People keep dropping off food so they stay around. Obviously not the people who live around here. Something needs to be done. IMG_0329.mov

Chon Buri resident’s lucky escape from giant lizard lurking in toilet
jcmj replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
So, I guess lizards can’t be a reincarnation of your loved ones like most other animals, otherwise he may end up down below for poisoning it. I’m sure that there were other options, but maybe he was just to scared, or didn’t have a group of friends to help him. ???? -
Pattaya Officials Remove Obstructive Billboards from Walking Street
jcmj replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
I still wish they would have just tore down all the buildings on the right while everything was shut down. It would make for a much nicer atmosphere and place to visit. -

Kiwi’s prison plight ends: Thai hellhole release brings a breath of relief
jcmj replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Sounds like he’s setting himself up to write a book and cash in on his own personal experience with a lot of drama and trumped up lies added to it. I’ll bet he’s glad his jail boyfriends don’t speak English. -
Well that seems close, but the seasons and weather have changed a lot over the past few years. Even last year during the so called cool season never seemed to appear and the skies were far from clear. At least in Patttaya during the rainy season it seems to be much cooler with cloudy skies and brief rain showers. The weather is wacky so just prepare for anything during your trip here and hope for the best.

Starbucks Thailand Reveals Plan to Open 335 New Outlets by 2030
jcmj replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Amazon Cafe has much better coffee at half the price. They are becoming the go to place for a good affordable coffee. Starbucks is just a place people go once in awhile to get a photo opportunity showing others they can afford a cup of coffee for a half day’s work. I’d open an Amazon cafe any day over a Starbucks. -

Zuckerberg: Ten million join Meta's Twitter rival, Threads
jcmj replied to Social Media's topic in World News
I think the worst part is that many will download the app and if they are not happy and try to cancel their account they will lose their instagram account as well. Now that’s a little tricky and sneaky way to keep subscribers.
