Be real... these types of deals are made with so many types of industries. It has been happening since elections began. If money is sent to elect or re-elect a prez. You can be sure their campaigns are supported by some large industry. With trump it may be oil and gas. With Biden it may be or been with the pharmaceutical companies. What would you say if you learned Bidens campaign last term was financially backed by drug companies? Maybe even the same companies that pushed the Covid vaccine into everyone's bodies? This is all part of the normal process to get money to pay for their campaign.

I am curious the double standards expressed by the trans all over the world. They use the freedom of speech and many other freedoms to try to make people accept them, yet do not want anyone who is against trans to be able to speak or be opinionated. Also, I am curious why they think the government should pay for their conversion from their current sex? The parents or the individual should shoulder this cost since it is a choice made by the individual that is non-life threatening. I also think anyone who converts to another sex should legally be told they must inform their partners of their previous sex before marriage. I cannot imagine myself falling in love with one of them and wanting to make a family only to find out she was a man before and can not reproduce. haha....

Too much is still unknown about all of the COVID vaccines. Especially in the long term. Yes. At that particular place there is a police stand where they constantly do police checkpoints having the drivers pull over in the extra lane. Having a taxi stand there would be an easy place to video record any shenanigans during checkpoint stops without their knowledge. Too near to them for their comfort would be encroaching I presume.

I had a condo owner try to evict me for not paying the last months rent. She sent me all kinds of legal notices to get out. I went to the local police and filed a report about it. Showed them I had paid deposit for that month in advance when moving in. THe police assured me that she would need to have them present to evict me forcibly and that they are on my side being my contract clearly outlined the portion of deposit was for the last money + damages. I stayed there until the last day of the contract and the owner could do nothing about it. Then the owner tried to slap me with a 40,000 damages bill haha... I told her to take me to court and prove the money was spent to fix things and that damages were incurred by me. Since I had photos of the empty condo before moving in and after I left I could prove I did not need to pay anything more than a simple cleaning fee. Eventually the owner gave up and although I did not get my damage deposit back, they stopped harassing me. I would suggest you gather enough proof the money you paid was for last months rent. Make a police report to protect yourself if the owner decides to bring the police to your door along with reporters to make you look like the bad farang. Forget about your damage deposit as you will have to sue them to get it back.. And go find a better place to live. Thais rarely like to return money to the renter and will make any excuse to try to get more. Your contract is the only thing that will prevent them from doing something that will make you look like you are wrong.

Everyone is giving all these comments about warranties and fail to answer the OPs question... I will try. Have you ever seen Thais or heard them comment about going to the shop to service their vehicle? Most service done is when there is already a problem with the car. Hence, an extended service warranty would not be cost effective for the buyer. When I bought my Chevy, we ask the seller many questions about warranty information, all of which he had to look up, showing he knew nothing about the topic. I am sure this is prevalent for other sellers in the country. Thais do not consider maintenance relevant as shown in most everything. So why buy it or check about longer maintenance programs offered. Also, one other replier gave a good comment about the cost in using maintenance warranty. Even though they offer it, you still end up paying more than if taken to a different shop and having it done.

They make it more dangerous themselves using their bodies to jump in front of people not stopping. I have seen them do this countless times and am very surprised more police are not killed this way.
