Not one bit. Now if SIngapore or S. Korea offered then I would be interested. Thailand is a fine place to get value for your money in most cases but quality is rare. Also, sometimes doing the simple things get complicated. For example I exchanged some money at a local Bankgok Bank branch today(I am going back to LA soon), I wanted some dollars. The entire exahange process took 15 minutes and beside presenting my passport I had to sign three different documents, give them my address, phone # and email address. Then the teller had to notify her manager/supervisor. I told the teller I have an account with BK Bank that didn;t matter. I was exchanging Baht to Dollars. I thought this was very bureaucratic for a bank. On a postive note I got a very good exchange rate and no fee. TIT "love it just the way it is or leave".

It's actually my fault for believing the headline again.

I saw another expert who said rotor wing aircraft have to be at or below 200 MSL. -
Border bounce Malaysia

Did the same at KL in early Jan. I think if one intends to make a Visa Exempt re entry or goes through a land border crossing then the multiple night stay might be required? I stayed one night in KL and usual it was great. -

An aviation expert on the DC Fox station claimed the Blackhawk was on a check ride? I thought no way because why would an examiner take a check ride flight through a busy commercial airport at night. The other claim that i believe is untrue is that the Blackhawk crew were on NVG's (Night Vision Goggles). NVG's are worn for actual mission or mission training not while operating inside of Class B or D airspace and at night. -

There is time to stay quiet and there is time to say something. Both Sec Def and POTUS need to stay quiet and let Jennifer Homendy(Chairperson of the NTSB) do the talking. The NTSB is the best at investigating aircraft accidents. -

I have been pondering about that as well. Also, it seems like the controller by saying "maintain seperation" relieved himself of seperating traffic. Thr RJ was on short final so the crew cannot be held responsible for anything that comes from behind. I believe in the end the FAA and/or the DOD will be held responsible and liable to the familes who died. -
Can anyone tell me a better culinary combo than this?

Yup. I prefer a good Pinot Griggio with fish. -

Good point. I saw the vidoe and the departing flight was climbing out right before the impact. -

Joint Base Bolling is located across the river. ATC tapes revealed the pilot of the Army Black Hawk transmitted "have the RJ in sight". The RJ was initially cleared to land on RWY 1 but then was directed to circle and land on RWY 33. As soon as the RJ (Regional Jet) from Witchita KS was lined up on short final on RWY 33 at approximately 400 feet MSL is when for some unknown reason the BlackHawk (Call sign PAT 25) slammed into the back of the Regional Jet. It is very common for military helicopters to fly in this airspace. DCA or Reagan airport is very close to the capital and the White House. -
I have been in Chiang Mai now coming up on 8 years. I have been on Non Imm OA Visa (combo of extending an OA and lately just getting a new OA) and have never said the words permanent or the dreaded "my forever home". Things can change from year to year. Currently meeting the requirements for the OA Visa for me has not been difficult but I do not know what the future holds. I plan and live in the "land of smiles" based upon on an annual basis and alwasy have a plan to go elsewhere or go back home. I am reminded by the local people that this is not my home but a place where I stayed for the last 8 years.

So she kept quiet all these years? If he is a predator then tell the world as soon as possible. Also, does she know of his victims? "Predator" is a very strong word that is associated with violent criminals. She has done good in the world and most recently served as the US Ambassodor to Japan and Australia but what is true reason for this video at this time?

No and what is the consequence for making a spelling error? -
Right just look at some of the salaries of professional athletes in the US and Europe. The minimum salary for anyone playing in the National Football League is $795,000

Ok. Appreciate your sincerity. When were you appointed as the grammar enfrorcer on this forum? -
So a millionaire is in the 1%? Most professional athletes are millionaires. Then Ohtani of the Dodgers has to be in the .1 of the 1%??? He is due 700 million for playing baseball. The CEO of the DWP in Los Angeles where there was a lack of water during the recent wildfires makes $750,000 per year. So she is very close to making the 1% club. New LAPD Chief Jim McDonnel makes $450,000 per + $235,000 in retirement from pay so he is also very close to the 1% as well.
-
So Bezos, Zuckerberg and Musk? This is because Trump is no where near the 1% level.

Did I ask for a lesson on grammar from you or anyone? Therefore you started it. Your thoughts directed at me were unsolicited. -
Then who would get the "stolen" money?

This sounds like a message Trump was sending to the reciepients of US Foreign Aid: "I can give it or take it". Typical Trump: use a hammer when a paper clip would do. Anyone who has paid attention should realize this is his playbook He does things that will be challenged. Things will be back to normal very soon.

This is guy gets it. He is trying to sell LED signs but I really like his sense of humor. This the first Chinese guy that I have seen on YT that seems to get it:

This actually shows how much the world depends on US aid. Most of it will be restored sooner than later. There was an unconffirmed claim from WH Press Secretary Leavitt that the Biden Administration authorized USAID had allocated $50 Million for conrtraceptives for Gaza. Of course this came from Musk so we shall see if it is confirmed or not. If it is confirmed than that is a whole lot of condoms?
