  4. with AIS ( maybe others) topping up for as little as 10thb ( 12thb using machines outside 7/11 stores) will extend validity by one month, if the balance builds up you can use some of the balance to extend validity 30thb for 30days using *500*9#
  5. i think you are just being argumentative, its an extension, even the application form tm7 says extension of stay, not extension of visa
  6. that's so if the 1st bus misses the girl then the 2nd one will get her, sort of like a back up, I hope the girl is ok.
  7. so bank account is in UK passport with 3 names, as is AIS account, but for some reason you choose to get visa using Irish passport, which only has 2 names. it seems to me the answer is to get all 3 things in one passport but why is your bank withdrawing internet usage as bank and Ais are in the same name ''I opened a Thai bank account a few years back on my uk passport'' and '' if I changed my passport at AIS shop from uk to Irish it still wouldn’t work as the visa is registered on the Irish passport'' I fail to see why the bank is interested in where your visa is, as your bank account and AIS are in the same name am i missing something

  10. the simple thing is that the requirements are the same as last year, no changes, if the IO staff are nice and friendly, ask them as they are the only people that are 100% up on the requirements in that office. as an aside people that ask a simple question on here, that have an attitude to a poster helping them are in class of their own
  11. not always easy to obtain a 'retirement' non imm 'O' e-visa. but worth doing if showing on e-visa site

  14. maybe, lots depends on allowances and how much you bring in, in a year when you are a tax resident, no tax is payable in a year when you are not a tax resident

  17. would that visa information not be on the 1st page of the new passport, i think the op is confusing a visa and an extension of permission to stay., done by many posters
