  1. what cars sold in Thailand are using LFP batteries, and are any EV cars built or planned to be built in Thailand
  2. i think the best way would be to find a buyer at an agreed final price, and they together with the daughter would go to the finance company and pay the finance outstanding amount and sort out the DLT book, and then pay your daughter the balance, or i suppose they could with the finance companies agreement take over the remaining payments, with cash payment for balance of the agreed price to your daughter
  3. my son has 2 dedicated parking spaces in his condo in Bangkok both with dedicated charges one for a mg maxus and one for a bmw i4

  6. says 500,000thb here- Visa Extension – สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง – Immigration Bureau see section 11 here - Visa Extension – สำนักงานตรวจคนเข้าเมือง – Immigration Bureau
  7. yes you can, would be better to obtain a fresh 90 day entry, and then a 1 year extension, saving the 60 day extension, in case it is needed sometime in the future ( you can only obtain 1 x 60 day wife extension per visa or visa exempt entry, not on a re-entry permit entry)
  8. has the actual non imm visa expired
  9. why do they need the latest spec fighters, must be plenty of lower spec fighters out there, who aren't worried about china getting the specs, which is what would happen if Thailand get them. all this high tech armed forces equipment subs, fighter planes, ships as well as high speed trains, when pensioners get 600thb a month to live on
  10. you don't seem to understand that well, savannakhet has been good for many years for married multi entry non imm 'O' visa without financials, it seems going by the op they are tightening up, and only now offer a single entry without financials, which is good for a stay of 150days with a 'wife' 60day extension, the 400,000thb has been needed for in country yearly extensions, i think you need to put your bed next to the wall to save getting out the wrong side.
  11. seems a lot to me, less than half of that for me at Rayong - kor ror 2, & marriage cert, copy of Wife's i.d and house book, bank letter, bank id page and last 2 months of bank book, photo's, my passport id page, latest visa and extension stamp i don't see the problem one time one year, office is 10-15 minutes drive from the house, always quiet, less than a hour out of my 365 days retirement .
  12. are you saying its one piece of paper for a 'retirement' yearly extension as opposed to 76 pieces for a 'married' one
  13. all visa exempt entries need extending to 90 days,( scrap the evisa tourist visa nonsense) 90 day address reports need extending to 1 year ( at yearly extension renewals)
  14. I have had a 2022 zs model x petrol for 18months 15,000km its the cvt model, so far no complaints, easy to drive, comfortable, quiet, nippy away from traffic lights, smooth gear changes all the way through the box, kick down smooth /responsive when required, no problems at all, averages about 16km/ltr, would i recommend 'yes', would i recommend to a Chinese hater 'no'. they will find something to complain about either in realty or in their minds
  15. Tesco's jomtein in car park close to the entrance to the store, had 2 fitted there as well as 2 head unit, neat quick job, good prices
  16. sorry but if you care that much then you should have sorted all the legal side of things, before the land was transferred and the house built
  17. too much time in Thailand on tourist visas and visa exempt, maybe you need to obtain a long term visa.
  18. what a stupid post, unhelpful, not anything to do with the thread, so just a troll. with the difference regarding form tm30 from one office to another its confusing , the whole tm30/tm47 is just so outdated
  19. i can imagine the chaos on the campus if every student had one
  20. that coupled with a 60 day wife extension would give you 17 months in Thailand
  21. when does the actual visa expire, do you have non immigrant O visa for being married if so you could obtain a 60 day visit wife extension closer to the leave before date in your passport, and then obtain a fresh visa at the end of that extension if your not on a married visa then ignore my post
