  1. your choice of font is painful to the eye A re-entry permit only keeps the permission to stay stamp alive, it does not extend it, ie permission to stay stamp until 21st Feb, re-entry permit will expire on the 21st Feb
  2. maybe some dust/dirt in there causing it to overheat and make the fan run faster
  3. not sure if its been posted but departure is entertaining 2 seasons x 6 episodes - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt9252156/
  4. good luck with that, i have a mg zs 6 months old, very good so far, except for the original front screen film blocking the easy pass gizmo, and the cars satellite link, sorted after 3 different mg centres visited, keeping my fingers crossed reliability wise, the mg haters will be along soon
  5. i have fitted some 5mm foil backed roof insulation to my mgzs sunroof, using 8 x 25mm suckers on each section, roof still opens with no problem and the heat coming through the sunroof is reduced, they are available on lazada, but always out of stock, so i made my own.
  6. keep trying other banks in other areas' one will open an account for you, other way is to use an agent regarding yearly 'married' extensions, if going back to UK, you should legalize the marraige cert there , as posted by ubonjoe, it's a long winded process if you need to extend your permission to stay here you can do a 60 day visit Thai wife extension without the legalization paperwork, one extension per entry into Thailand, if you need longer then a multi entry non imm visa from Savannakhet is i believe possible with a non-Thai marriage cert,
  7. So only at Aranyaprathet and Pong Nam Ron, what about other crossings and what about if you're from places other than Pattaya, seems like a scam to use agents.
  8. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/8.A-PERSON-WHO-HAVING-RESIDENCY-IN-THAILAND-NON-O.pdf
  9. You seem to be doing a lot of blaming others, entering Laos has only recently restarted, people can not give uptodate info, if others have not posted UpToDate info. you succeeded so just be content with that.
  10. i have never needed a passport of driving licence for a multi non 'O' in Savannakhét, some Thais do not have either, just a signed copy of id card and house book will do
  11. i would think it did not shut down completely, maybe even doing a operating system update, if it was off completely the laptop couldn't do anything ie scans etc
  12. both as bad as each other, just stop following him as fast, let the recovery vehicle pull ahead
  13. the one year 'retirement' extension will start when the non imm visas 90 day permission to stay stamp expires, so renewal date will be arrival date + 30 days ( allowing for having to have 14/15 days left from a visa exempt entry to apply for non imm visa) + 90 days + one year
  14. so you are planning on staying a year on a mix of tourist visas and visa exempt, after the best part of a year here already on STV, good luck with that but i would plan on the possibility of being refused entry at any of the attempts you make to enter, don't leave too much stuff in Thailand and don't have money tied up in Thailand.
  15. no return ticket needed with a tourist visa immigration will not worry about a return ticket, but they may worry about lots of other things, ie hotel, etc before 31st March you will get 45 days stamp on a visa exempt entry, you will not do a 'visa run' it will be a 'border hop'
  16. what is a 90 day visa, if not a non immigrant O visa
  17. when do you think most road markings/road resurfacing is done, when the roads are quiet or during daylight when the roads are busy
  18. will need a flight out within 30/45 days of arrival, visa exempt are now 45days until i believe end of march
