    Upload what they ask in each section for You're non o, pay your money, get your evisa by email then when your in Thailand open a bank account if you don't already have one and transfer 800,000 baht into it. in the last month of you 90 days go to immigration and apply for the 12 month extension, other than that go to a visa shop and let them do everything for you for a fee.

    If your only staying the 90 days get the non o based on retirement it's easier.less uploads.thats what I did.

    Exactly what I've just done only in Bangkok, paid 14,000 handed passport, 3 photos and bankbook over no need to go to immigration, was in there office 10 minutes, il go back in a week and collect everything. I only stay here a year at a time then back UK for work could <deleted> the 800,000 no problem if I wanted, but there's a situation where a visa agent comes up trumps..

    Looks the best place to have a kitchen there, have a bed that folds up to the wall, nice 50inch TV on the wall ,sofa and a few mirrors make it look bigger, bargain...

    Definitely,, I've just bought a honda click160 abs for 75,000 baht for that reason.

    Just another note I flew from Manchester UK with Emirates and wasn't asked for any proof of onward flight, my e-visa that I'd printed out, or any proof of vaccination.At Bangkok boarding pass, passport and printed out e-visa were required at immigration.
