Thank god I haven't lived my life as some miserable PC square, terrified of being seen with a girlfriend who isn't 'age appropriate'. I'll take two 19 year olds over a 38 year old any day of the week. Have done, and sometimes still do.

You should have taken the Jack Golf big bus, they always felt safe and professionally run. I wouldn't get in a mini bus for love or money,  not then, and certainly not today.

Well, of course, this bunch would embezzle their own grandmothers if they could find a way. The Ministry of Education is a depressing dump, that any teacher dreads having to go near, and where you will have papers processed slowly and grudgingly by people who treat you with suspicion. 

If you can find the place, which isn't easy, don't go there at lunchtime, as all the staff retire to a nearby restaurant for an extended lunch.

I should think the sight of that crusty old man wrapped in a towel, or his sagging buttocks in the shower would have sent her fleeing from the room. And if the old perv is stupid enough not to take his wallet into the bathroom, or lock it in the room safe,...............might as well take it.

Why is the colour of his skin relevant?  Oh, of course, this is Thailand.

Shocking, a display of the worst of human nature. Though the full blame lies with the organisers of the 'show' who should be all tied to a tree in the Borneo jungle and subjected to the vagaries and whims of the local fauna.

Yes, rather tragic. Anyway, let's hope that this forecast of 'storms' is more accurate than the one last week, which resulted in hardly a single drop of rain. One could start to think that these reports are just re-posts from previous years. 

Nearly half a million baht a day, or the amount the average Thai person earns in 3 years. Just how is that possible?

Haven't these xenophobic stuffed uniforms anything better to do? Although overstaying seems to be rampant at the moment, there are hotspots such as Pattaya, even one of those idiots who make those dreadfully repetitive and tedious Pattaya Walking street videos on Youtube is an overstaying culprit, .........and tells everyone about it. I wonder how long he'll last?

Living near a border make visa running a rather painless, and even enjoyable experience.

Should have kept the wig on, it's not a good look. All the same, he clocked whitey a good one with his pole. 

I cycle here, and I accept the considerable risks that I take.........on my own , and too myself. But there is no way I would take a child, or a whole family onto Thai roads.

Throwing water on the main roads is stupidity beyond contempt. Lets hope that the law in enforced, and the people who actually need to  get somewhere, can get there.

He's overseas, he doesn't have to pay squat. What's more, he can publish as many 'defamatory' articles about Thai corruption as he wants. Happy holidays.

All these fires are set deliberately. The question is why do they do it? Burning off fallen leaves and small trees, seems pointless, all this stuff composts down during the rainy season to bring new life to the forest. Utterly destructive to the environment, to wildlife, and to fellow humans. Set real deterrents, large fines, and prison time for the miscreants.
