  1. The illegal money lending market is part of every day life in Thailand and is done with the blessing of the police . Perhaps Mr Big joke will take on the illegal money lenders at the end of the coming election after all the corrupt immigration officers are filling up the jails in Thailand . Just a big joke

  8. You are correct , i am sorry I had my facts wrong . It should of read that he got half his money back . The plaintiff had paid 1,700,000 for the car . The important point is that the judge considered he was entitled to something from the woman .
  9. It was not a divorce case yet unfairly considered as a divorce case . The Judge decided as the house was built on the woman's land he could only receive the car which he had paid 1,700,000 million baht for . The woman claimed the ar was a gift. I think the Danish guy should of appealed . He was robbed as the relationship was just a short period of time with the woman
  10. What if he is awarded 50 percent of his input? Still would like his lawyers telephone number? Many Thai citizens do not understand the Thai law that Could give them problems when thieving from foreigners.

  13. There could be a case to answer on section 96 of the land ownership act where plaintive and the defendant could end up in problems
  14. Europeans can not believe a Thai woman has a doctor's degree ? I am not sure what part of Europe you are referring to and what type of person you are referring to but I disagree . But how educated and low or high class you are has no bearing on your risk of being fleeced .

  19. The court will look at what agreement the two had when the money was sent . I doubt if the court is interested in his infidelity .
  20. I have read this man's foolish transaction but there was no mention from him that the money was a gift . Maybe that is the woman's story.
