The six policeman charged with extracting 30000 baht from a foreigner seems a far more serious offence that would make them never see the light of day again in there lives if compared to saying a few words on facebook if your suggestion should be implemented .

    If the woman has received money and Peter wants his money back as the agreement on buying a house was not fulfilled he has a good chance that a civil case would be successful. It has nothing to do with love as you mention. But if he can prove that the woman has tricked him into sending the money then a criminal case could be made . Will either option see his money returned ? I doubt it

    Peter has been a victim of fraud . The alleged fraudster has a lot of explaining to do if the money transfers can be documented . The man has been foolish to trust a person that he has not met before , but maybe he put faith in her as the accused is a civil servant .

    Power tools from the west are lower quality and safety is compromised as a Bosch angle grinder flew out of my hands while cutting steel , caught up in my clothing and have a beautiful scar across my chest to prove it . If the angle grinder had been sold in the EU and not Thailand that would not have happened as when the machine goes out of your hand the power cuts out to the motor .

    I was commanded by my Scottish mother to eat all what is on the plate and could not leave the table until all was eaten . I think morally my mother was correct and I still eat all that is on the plate . I see young Thai people leaving food all the time . Rare to see an empty plate here . I would however refrain from eating the left overs Wasting food is a sacrilege without doubt .
