Would you suggest contacting Bangkok Bank, London or getting advice from a branch here in Pattaya. 

I have 2 private pensions paid monthly so I would want to accrue the money in London account and only transfer to Thailand once a year to minimize charges.

I have an account in Thailand with Bangkok Bank.  Would it be possible to arrange to have my Government and private pensions paid into Bangkok Bank, London branch and then transfer money over as required.

I popped into the SOFA shop on Theppasit today (must be near Soi 7 or 9 southside i reckon) and as i was a farang (with :plenty of money" sic) he quoted B6,000 in leather for the two arms and he said they would collect and re-deliver. Busy so about 4 weeks to wait..

What are your thoughts?

The issue is matching the leather especially if it's a large area to fix.

The OP has a Lazyboy chair that is covered in leather from their factory that has a specific color.

I have the same type of thing, with really great Italian leather in a lovely color.

The arm wore a large hole.

I looked into get it repaired in Thepprasit and was always told: CANNOT.

I think to really fix stuff like this it's at the Lazyboy factory or nothing. Unless you want to redo the ENTIRE chair in either leather (if a shop does leather) or new fabric.

Exactly. Whilst I appreciate all the replies from people offering advice on how to solve the problem, I am an old farang who wishes to pay someone in Pattaya to solve it for me. So far I have had no replies to my request.

not necessarily only a browser problem. it can also be related to a dns/router hack. Actually you should do a dns cache often to ensure your browser is not hacked.

To clear your DNS cache if you use Windows 7, perform the following steps:

1. Click Start.
2. Enter cmd in the Start menu search text box.
3. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
4. Run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns.

As previously mentioned I am on Windows 10
