  1. I started a thread a few years back asking about V-power and was told by members it was a waste of money to use it all the time in most cars, but adding it occasionally helps. Do you think a BRV requires V-power for every fill?
  2. 45 baht for 95? Is that Shells V-power containing the additives? If you service your car regularly you shouldn't need that for a BRV.
  3. I'm just wondering, was your password your date of birth? I know many banks set it as standard for you. If they had your wallet they could easily get that from your driving license or other ID.
  4. I bought my wife flowers and she said to never buy her flowers again (about 10years ago). Every few months now she mentions in passing that she'd like some...
  5. Did he NEED the hospital treatment? As long as he was breathing just let him sleep it off.
  6. Are Thai prisoners still packed in like sardines? If so the police would be sending people into further crowded places.
  7. I've been able to get trainers in 47 at Supersports and Decathlon but I've never found any half decent shoe here in my size. I go back to the UK to buy them, as I do for a nice pair of slippers.
  8. Let's hope the high court has a backbone on this one. Its an excellent idea in my opinion.
  9. I'm more concerned about this line. Getting done for speeding where there are silly speed limits could get rather expensive (Like on the Sirat outer ring road, Road No.1 etc)
  10. I guess these people haven't got the memo that airlines and airports are overwhelmed right now due to staff shortages and poor planning. I'm sure this extra fee will be added to the tickets in time, but I assume airlines have other priorities at the moment.
  11. I tried that once all the way down a multi storey car park, but I couldn't go fast enough for it to work. Once at the bottom a taxi driver helped me jump start it properly. I'd only ever driven manuals before so I didn't know at the time.
  12. Will these tickets be sent via recorded delivery? If not, I don't see how they can be considered received.
  13. Nothing. I suppose if I had to pick something close to hand I've got a heavy garuda that I could launch at them or some cheap whisky bottles that I refuse to drink.
  14. It reminds me of my trip to nando's in the UK last month, directed to a qr code, spent ages putting everyone's order in to find out I needed to sign up to pay. F that! I then went to the til area and ordered in about 30 seconds. I ordered some drinks in spoons too using their phone app. Found out it was quicker to order at the bar also as our drinks were sat there waiting to be delivered to our table.
  15. What's wrong with wearing a tie? A couple of my ties are getting a bit shabby so I'm following this thread with interest. The links so far have been too expensive for me though. I normally spend about 30-35GBP per tie from TM Lewin or Hawes and Curtis.
  16. Yes, sorry. July 1st. I can't edit my post though for some reason.
  17. Flew Heathrow to bkk on the 30th and was asked for proof of vaccination while checking in. Thai Airways required everyone to check in at the counter! No online offered. The immigration officers in bkk were asking for tm6 cards on June 1. One officer in the queue next to me was rather angry with someone who hadn't completed one.
  18. All that I see is a media obsessed with removing Boris from power as the brexit referendum didn't go their way. I'm in the UK at the moment and I've never seen anything like it.
