It all depends if you have a heart desease, if not, why worry about cholesterol?
If you have a heart desease, doctors will for sure prescribe statins (between 20 and 40mg). Besides this, no more eggs, squid, shrimp and probably things will stabilize. But the build up of cholesterol in your veins will not go away but build up in the best case will stop or slow down. So far, unfortunately no miracle treatments available so basically the only available solution is plumbing (stents, bypass)

My wife said ok to block emergency vehicles if they do not have their sirens on.  Thai logic?
 

In downtown Bangkok, ambulances are traveling about all the time with red lights AND sirens blaring, and I don't think I've ever seen ANY vehicle pull over to make way...
 
I'm trying to think of some exception where someone here DID actually pull over, but can't think of a single instance that I've ever seen. The common response is just to ignore the ambulance altogether.

To give way, I think ambulance need to use siren.

You are so far off the mark that you must be drunk to post such nonsense!! 
Millions  are driving right now around the world stoned and having no problems and coming home and chilling and off to bed. On the other hand the drunk ones are killing and harming others on the road and the ones who make it home often beat their wife and trash the house and/ or trailer because booze is so cheap. Talk to ( especially ) a big city cop and ask them the difference between a driver drunk or stoned. 
My last point is don't bother searching for some link trying to discredit my post. It just won't fly! Ask the police!!

I am surprised everybody is in favor, in principle I don’t care too much what people do but driving stoned is as worse as drink driving..this is my only concern.

I have a F10 M5 V8 and previously the V10 monster. Both assembled in Thailand originating from Japan. Actually they use the official registered body of any F10, completely strip it to the bare metal and rebuild it with a cut M5 from Japan. I only buy fully legal registered cars with the M5 engine in the blue book. This way I have the chance to enjoy top technology with high HP for a “reasonable” price.

Most TV posters have a problem paying a salary to their GF or wife (some even call them hookers) well IMO a hooker gives sex for money to multiple men, in fact she doesn’t even care who it is..
For me, I pay my GF a salary for the past 17y and I enjoy to see how she spend the money and I enjoy it even more what she gives back to me. Besides the sex and kindness, you should see her cooking in the evening with a sexy jeans short and a braless top and..man the food is just great!
A friend once told me if you want to play on the stock exchange or spend money on a woman, do it with “cold” money meaning money you don’t really need. If you can do that, life is fun. If you can’t, you will hit the wall one day that’s for sure..because wether their love is real or not you will never now.

When children are involved there should be no statute of limitations but what I understand is that in Holywood actors, directors etc.. are accused of improper behavior. If touching a woman on the butt or trying to kiss a woman can end somebody’s career than it looks to me more like a wich hunt. How come these women can make all these accusations without a single proof? Next staring at a woman’s boobs will get you in trouble. In some countries whistling at at passing beauty is already punishable. This is the beginning of the end for courting.
If a woman say no it should be respected but trying to is IMO embedded in our genes
