Whilst I abhor these actions it was fairly normal in 1968 here to be offered a very young lady. (The opium dens still open then ) 32 years ago I was accosted 3 times one night with the same offer in a very well known entertainment area by their Mothers, which is still alive & well. It is a beautiful country & would need little to make it productive again
