  1. Wife has her SS deposited in a Krungthai account and has a card her SS is by IDD not ACH
  2. you can get your SS deposited into almost any Thailand Bank, I use BKK Bank wife uses Krungthai
  3. not true on the US Social Security deposit, with IDD International Direct Deposit you can put it in almost any Thai Bank, wife uses Krungthai
  4. everyone here is paying tax daily, VAT 7%, this adds up very fast, no way is your country ever going to let you pay taxes on pensions in Thailand and not on the country where it originates, dream on
  5. I will be getting my monthly SS deposit tomorrow and it will be at least 4,000 baht more than last month, what are you transferring, 20,000 baht a month?

  10. you forgot to factor in all of the deductions allowed, yes I realize that the tax rate gets higher quicker, but nothing was factored in the post saying you would have to pay $17,000 dollars tax
