Do not buy a diamond in Pattaya or potentially anywhere in Thailand tbh unless it has a legit verifiable GIA, AGS or similar certificate that you can match to the stone from a source unrelated from where you intend to purchase.

8 would be what one officer in the US generally puts into people. You know the ones running away or getting onto their cars os generally not resisting.

They will still make plenty on that. How many mama cups do 70 million Thais plus tourists plus expats devour every year? The numbers would be phenomenal.
