    More to do with government policy, 1. saving on welfare (cheaper to use your money than welfare money) 2. encouraging consumer spending (men earn 80%, women spend 80%) In countries with no welfare, women don't get given men's money.

    I prefer, "If I'm paying, I'm saying" But misogyny is a hatred of women, but all the men I've encountered (two or three) that actually hate (or dislike women) just avoid them and relationships with them.

    Wife not required to attend, just you. I've done it once, hardly any paperwork, straight in and out.

    How far on 1 charge? Google says 35Km so not that useful. I'll wait for the VT-30 range 300Km.

    60 day extension to visit wife is the obvious answer. 1,900bht at immigration, need your marriage cert (and maybe the Amphur confirmation still married). This extension is allowed once every time you enter Thailand.

    Difficult to judge dosage when 1/3 joint is too much, but that's just me. How much of your 'stronger stuff' do you smoke at one sitting?

    I bought Blackberry Moon rock at 9bht/g, as strong as anything I've had, but not much smell or taste. At the moment I'm mixing it with some older weed to reduce the strength a bit. Can't say what the 4bht and 7bht is like as I already have about 6 months supply in hand now, can't smoke more than 0.5g a day. I expect they'll be sold out within a day or two, so order now if you want to try it.

    Can't see it myself, when costs exceed income in a countries general population you get revolution, which the western governments won't allow.

    Did my morning 25Km earlier today, same as every day it's not raining. I usually cycle up to Wat Doi Tairn (MaeJo) an back, very rarely I cycle to Mae Kuang Dam and back. Almost no traffic on the rural roads, except for a herd of cows or buffaloes. Here's a baby strolling past my bike a week or so back.

    I moved with no warning and without telling her my new address. Worked perfectly. But I do wonder what financial help was required with the 'sick mom' as Thais are entitled to free treatment, and in my experience the free treatment is pretty good. As a retired person, you need to put yourself first.

    But you don't live in the US and don't visit the US, so how do you know prices are under control now? I only know what other posters tell me about the USA as I haven't been there for 30 years. Essentially, you're reposting stuff you read in MSM, with no personal knowledge of how the USA actually is, while those with personal experience appear to be posting the opposite. I bet you didn't even vote!
