Just now, giddyup said:No, but you are responding in the first person, ie "I didn't write the book", when I didn't say you had. Capisce?
Tell you what, I'll put you on ignore, then you can post whatever nonsense you like with no danger of me ever replying.

I totally agree with you. The immigration in the UK is much tighter than Thailand. we could argue that UK or US doesn't want foreigners anymore......
Britain certainly doesn't, more than 50% voted for Brexit.
I view foreigners with no ties to a country as a problem.
I view wives/husbands/children of citizens as not a problem.

Funny, thought I was replying to Newnative.
Try PM, if you want it to be private.
Virtue signal to everyone, and everyone gets to reply.

Taking money under the table and ignoring the very rules that Immigration has instigated? All above board in your book.
I didn't write the 'book', it's not my country, I have no say in how they run it.

That's right. The study still shows it. Whether the study was representative is another question. I cannot answer that (and neither can you) without knowing the how they did their sampling.
They asked all the men in a gay club.

Why police not take any action against the motel for not checking the guest’s ID. The girl’s parents should sue this motel too.
Whenever I've used a short time hotel, they've only seen me after.
You drive in the garage, walk into the connecting room and lock the door.
The staff draw the curtain and start the clock after you're in the room.
Unless you want room service, they don't see you.
If the girl gets in the car before you pay, they never see her.
There was a sign outside my favourite in Chiang Mai, in Thai saying 'no school/university uniforms allowed'.
As for the OP, very nasty but the Thais don't really care about the ladies age, unless there's a complaint and a chance to extort money.

All the remainers predicted it would fall off a cliff if Boris were to be PM.
Seems they were wrong.

Don't bother with 36, plenty of 20yo students needing your help, and they've had less time to build up the debt.
Never give any woman you haven't banged money.

state pension is never taxed and we have a tax free allowance of up to 12,5k before they tax anything, not including 1k tax free interest a year
That counts under all laws as 'taxed'.

I'd be happy with foreigners in the UK, if they couldn't work, own land, claim benefits, had to report their address within 24hrs, report every 90 days, use the NHS free or get citizenship.

Now my mom's family are gonna post his passport and picture all over Thai social media. Thats what she told me on the phone.
My mom asked me to do the same to help catch him quicker.
Should I do that right now starting here?
If anyone sees him they can help us find him.
I also know who his username on Thaivisa. I will expose him. He's usually in the car/scooter forums.
Defamation is a criminal offense in Thailand.
It could cost you a lot of money and possibly jail if you were to ever visit Thailand.
Best to stay out of disagreements between your parents.

Does anyone know what this operation would be called? I will obviously find out tomorrow, but for warned is for armed.
If anyone has any constructive comments to add I would be grateful as this is not helping my quality of life right now.
If you stop taking the drugs it's usually back to the start again (as you have found).
I'm taking Finasteride 5mg plus Doxazosin 5mg.
The finasteride shrinks the prostate (maybe) but might take 6 months to work (or never). (5 alpha reductase)
The Doxazosin relaxes the blood vessels around the bladder, making it easier to wee. (alpha blocker)
On my 3rd month now, if I stopped taking the doxozosin I'd immediately be back to the stage you're at.
Maybe after 6 months, I'll reduce the doxazosin 1mg at a time, and see if my problem gets worse again.
Stop taking it all at once, not on your life.
It was not taking this one "Alfuzosine 10mg 1 a day" that's screwed you up.
Not sure why you're taking 4 drugs, normally they just give you two (1 alpha blocker and 1 5-alpha reductase).
Like Sheryl says, don't know why they're doing a biopsy, stopping the drugs (suddenly) is your problem.
If you started taking the Alfuzosine again, you'd probably be back to normal in 2-3 days.
But its a dangerous drug to suddenly stop or start taking, your BP is probably through the roof.

There's usually a gas/air mix 'shutter' on the pipe that comes from the gas level knob.
That will fix the problem.

I'd go, direct flights for 1,500bht.
You'll save that much on beer in 1 or 2 evenings out.

I am told that the property is in the mother's name but had to have her son's name (wife's brother) on the loan as well because the parents are too old to have a loan on their own.
My wife is paying the loan and the plan is to transfer ownership to her when the loan is paid off.
We worry that the son may attempt to borrow further from the bank using the property as collateral and we want to find out exactly who can borrow against the property and who legally owns it.
We also want to find out if there are any options to gain control of the property without first having to pay the loan off in full.
Property will be entirely in son's name, all bank loans end at age 60.
Son can only borrow more money from the bank holding the original loan, they keep the deeds to the land.
Only option is to pay off the loan, bank won't agree to anything else.
Chances of your wife getting the property, almost zero, unless she buys it from the son.
If your wife is paying off the loan, she would get a statement every month showing, details of loan, home owner, outstanding amount, interest rate. Bank gives it to you when you hand over the cash each month.
I'm betting your wife isn't paying the loan, but putting cash in some 3rd parties hand.
So there will be no record of her making any payments ........... Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Paid mine this morning, here's the usual receipt the bank gives you.

As no unlawful act took place, there was no malfeasance.
