There are no go-go bars or nudity.
I found the girls inside the darkened bars got frisky very quickly after a $3 lady drink or two.
Tops came off very easily.
Apart from that, I agreed with your post.

I never have anything to do with Chiang Mai immigration.
I fill in my address on my landing card, if they are too stupid to read it, f%$# 'em.

Just had a cataract operation on one eye at Sriphat Hospital in Chiangmai .… Baht 78,000 .… they did an excellent job.
Sriphat aka Maharaj aka Suan Doc is no longer a cheap hospital for foreigners.
Had a quote for a broken hip from them last week 200,000Bht, Nakorn Ping price 30,000bht.

The much heralded Vietnam isn't. Nowhere near it.
' Tourist arrivals in Vietnam edged up 0.2 percent year-on-year to 1.19 million in June 2019 from 1.18 million in the same month a year earlier. Visitors increased from Europe (2.3 percent), namely from Russia (3.7 percent), Germany (6.9 percent), and the Netherlands (9.3 percent); America (7.4 percent), mostly from the US (8.3 percent).'

I'm one of their new tourists, once last year, 3x this year.

Ms Pearce for instance, points out the she (and her father) had "already told him that he can come to see his daughter anytime," and that she had "never stopped him from seeing her ..."
Bit hard for him to do when she's blocked his phone.

20+ flights a day to KUL, can't see any reason the OP was held more than an hour or two.

There's nothing in the article about her 'snatching' the child.
You gotta read the full story, it also says mom employed nanny and housekeeper to look after the kid while she worked full time.
Having lost two children of my own in the UK from a woman snatching and running I have the greatest sympathy for the guy. I never saw mine again.

How do you season pork mince for a shepherds pie? Lea and perrins and a stock cube?
Half a cup of Tesco onion gravy (from the big Tesco Lotus).

So the woman snatched the child from the Bangkok family home, moved to Phuket and blocked the fathers phone.
Sounds like dad just corrected her injustice towards him.
Good luck to him.

Do you use the same temperature in your Otto as you would in a normal oven and position them top or bottom?. Is that the tin you put in the oven also?
Thanks and apologies for the many question.
I just use flour and cheap (solid) palm oil for the pastry, with a bit of water or milk to get it the right consistency.
Cook the filling in a saucepan (minced pork and onion, or yellow chicken and potato curry), then make sure it isn't too wet.
Fold the pastry around it and cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes on 170c. (puncture with a fork, dab on some milk).
That's the tray that goes in the bottom of the pyrex oven.
Grease the tray or the pies will stick (same palm oil), don't over cook or the pies will stick.
different tray for shepherds pie.

Next time does she legally have to hand over her DL? Come to think of it... if she were to download that app and show the DL details on the legal app then this problem is alleviated is it not?
She could just tell them she doesn't have a driving licence, fine is the same.

What is the average divorce settlement of a middle class US citizen???
national length of marriage in the USA 8.2 years * 365 days * 4000 baht Shorttime rate / 31 exchange rate
===> 386,194 US$
( maximum comparison rate, not taking into account the “red days”, “I have headache”, “you have to buy me”, “you hurted me”, etc. days ...)
????????????
You can't compare marriage with prostitution.
Prostitution is paying someone to have sex with you.
Marriage is paying someone to not have sex with you.
Complete opposites.

And that's the problem, I am a high spending tourist at around 200k per 2 weeks trip (not including flight). I very rarely use credit cards in Thailand. Most of my spend is cash which is spent in Thailand.
My week in Da Nang (last week), I spent a massive 6,500bht including flights.
And that was splashing out on a $15/night room near the beach.

In a way you're right, I rarely hire the same lady twice.

Judging by your posting comments it has been many years, if ever, you have been in a five star hotel.
Never been in one, think the added expense is a waste of money, I'm happy enough with $10/night.
But did live with a Thai hooker for a year who worked for them in Chiang Mai, front desk would call her up, she charged 40,000bht for the weekend.

They have policy about “unregistered guest” in the room after 9pm.
For that reason. Most/every 4 and 5 star in Phuket and Phangnga have the same rule. Trust me, they don’t want the sex tourist.
I always book a double room and tell them my gf is arriving later.
Until booking.com (et al) requires both guests names, I would just ask for a refund if the hotel refused the second guest.
Anyway your last post about Koreans convinces me you're not Thai. Koreans are the worst customers anywhere in Asia, known for their violence, shouting and drunken behaviour.
On ignore now, I don't want to read troll posts.

BM, I am surprised you haven't discovered the 25 cent beer happy hour in Sihanoukeville. Euphoria or something...
I was happy enough at N-pub in Da Nang where the Saigon export was 20,000vnd (25bht), buy one, get one free at happy hour, that's 12.5bht/bottle. I had plenty of Angkor draft in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh at 50c-75c a glass. I've just stopped drinking in bars in Thailand, all my spare money now goes on holidays in Vietnam and Cambodia every 90 days, countries that actually seem to want me to visit them and welcome me.
Sihanoukville is just a giant building site at the moment, occupied by Chinese casinos, all the bars are gone.

Why public? Act like real wife? Make people uncomfortable because everyone know.
Tell you what, tell us the name of the hotel you work in, I'll contact your manager and ask him if he wants my business or not? I'm guessing you'd be sacked on the spot for your comments.
(That is if you're not a white male troll pretending to be a Thai woman)

There came 1 million Europeans, 5% of them are 50,000 but it feels that there are more because I read every day bad stories about them.
That's because the Thai government in cahoots with the Thai media are currently running an anti-farang campaign. Probably because we make comments about his corrupt government he doesn't like, where the Chinese and Indians see his government is the same as theirs, and they know to keep their mouths shut or else.

MOST people think same with me, my boss, my friends, my hotel. Is ugly to see. Pitiful.
Western people don't care what hotel service staff think.
Your job is to serve us.
Every 5* hotel in the world has old guys with hookers as customers, it's what rich guys do.
Often the hotel will provide the girls.

Totally agree, I've been doing this for over a year now, no bars, no restaurants.
All my discretionary spending is in Vietnam and Cambodia.
