  1. I think if you're using a 2 HP submersible you don't need to worry about 45 degree bends.
  2. I remember on a Full Moon Run, the food table was set up and during the howling and Falangs bearing their naked buts to the moon, someone called the police. So the police and us were all enjoying a beer, food and cake. Everyone was getting very happy, when the whisper went around that there were 2 cakes, a special gunja one and a normal one, the cakes got mixed up. Not sure how the police ended up, but I woke up under a pool table. Enjoyable night. ????
  3. We had an old settop box that used to get many channels but now seems mainly advertising channels. I retuned it but most channels like TV 3, 5, 7 are gone so Wifey advised me. I'd like to purchase another set-top-box that has these channels. Recommendations please.:)
  4. Get a map of your aquifer from the Changwat. See exactly how deep you need the bore and where to locate it.
  5. Especially night time on beach road Pattaya.
  6. Well if it's in each PC operating systems, and it wasn't there before it could be a recent Win update. Maybe the suggestion of going back to the last restore point is worth a try. If it is a Win problem, maybe Microsoft have identified it in FAQ.
  7. Asking for a friend....how do you watch porn in panavision?
  8. That would be every house in Thailand. $4 for say 20mill people a month adds up.
  9. I take it you have 6 operating systems with 6 pcs?
  10. Can you change your input stream to see if the problems incoming? Have one computer input from the router and another one input from your phone data hotspot.
  11. They build these huge concrete rectangular drains under the road first, then they place the drain grates in the road above these drains. That's why the drain covers are on the main part of the road, even on top of rises or hills. Beats me too. ????
  12. 'Always at risk of contamination through the lid' I'd agree with this.
  13. I don't know, but the base in that road is concrete. I've observed over many years that when the road drops, they tend to just pour in more concrete. I don't know anything about roads (except here they don't last long before repair). The measurment from the existing concrete road to the drain top is not much, so not much of a top coat. Pattaya engineers would have that all under control. ????
  14. Depending on the size of your land, but for a small house block size, an underground tank saves space.
  15. I've an underground tank in the Pattaya house and never removed the spring to my Mitsbishi pump. You could try it with the spring and without the spring and see what happens. I can vaguely remember people saying remove the pump spring, but can' remember why. Anyway I didn't and pump works fine. With the white tape: Just wind heaps on. When you think you have enough, wind some more on. The more the merrier. I always wind it on clockwise. (You may get someone to say I'm wrong, if so then wind it anticlockwise.) ????
  16. Hasn't got the double insulated symbol on the pump. Handbook store somewhere somewhere special. You're probably correct.
  17. Can use these to check. Bip bip and flash near active lead, but not near neutral lead.
  18. Double insulated pumps with no earth pin. Plugs with earth pin will not fit (but there's always a way to DIY fit a plug.)
  19. Got a plastic bucket underneath to catch and store it. Warning: bucket must be plastic. ???? (light on for show while I took the pic. Quite nice little power sockets though.)
  20. I use those switchable power outlets like a manual change over switch. If one of my aquaponic air or water pumps fails, just a matter of turning one off and one on. Easy for Wifey (when I'm away) as doesn't need to plug a power cable in and take the other one out. I should have used one in the kitchen for my coffee machine as I have to unplug it after I use it as the units on/off switch is easy to bump on while cleaning up the Farang kitchen. ????
  21. Yes, it's like those power poles left in the middle of new street builds, the other contractors haven't turned up yet. Going to be a thin layer of road base.
  22. A woman was in bed with her lover when she heard her husband opening the front door. 'Hurry,' she said, 'stand in the corner.' She rubbed baby oil all over him, then dusted him with talcum powder. 'Don't move until I tell you,' she said. 'Pretend you're a statue.' 'What's this?' the husband inquired as he entered the room. 'Oh, it's a statue,' she replied. 'The Smiths bought one and I liked it so I got one for us, too.' No more was said, not even when they went to bed. Around 2 AM the husband got up, went to the kitchen and returned with a sandwich and a beer. 'Here, have this' he gives the sandwich and beer to the statue. Then he said to the statue: 'I stood like that for two days at the Smiths house and nobody offered me anything!!..????????
