  1. Yes, very frustrating.
  2. It has been some of the constant heaviest I've seen for a while ...kuchinari parts flooded from the hills run off's. 3 or 4 days have had to take about 2" of water out of the pool each day....that's about 14 x 1.5 x .04 m.
  3. If you buy some 'one way' walking sticks, you can walk a lot further distance. Carbon fibre, adjustable with wrist straps to take some of the strain. Called Nordic walking poles and they have a Web site and, if you are interested you can join Nordic walking groups all round the world. Reported that you burn 2x Calories using walking poles. Gives you a whole body work out as arms as well as legs used. Nordic have developed a special walking style. Takes a bit to master. I'm 78 and been using them for years as have lumbar nerve damage and knee replacements. Have a go.:) Buy me a beer when you see me.
  4. This may help. There are a couple of old pronunciation books names 'ship or sheep'. They have written text and accompanying CD's. They also have diagrams that show the face or mouth and how the sounds are produced. :)
  5. Looks great. :) Great in town bike. :) My new build.. not near as good lookin.
  6. Central Investigation B. Minimal special cost for 2 hr report...think it was B2000.
  7. Long time ago I got one. If you pay the fee you get the paperwork in a week or 2, but, if you pay 'special' at CIB you get the OK in an hour. :) Loved it.
  8. That's why you need a wifey with you to 'turn the pages'. (As in a previous joke).
  9. Like Lotus's or Lotus'
  10. I remember that..got my laughing emojo also.
  11. Does that count the UK out?
  12. If you are in a street fight, once you knock someone down you try and not let them get up.
  13. Thanks. Need to get under the trees etc, so wheeled version wouldn't do it. :)
  14. We have a guy to help with heavier things and strimming the rice field. I just like to do the yard. :)
  15. Thanks. What brand/model do you recommend?
  16. I have a Honda 4 stroke Strimmer (weed eater). Great machine but too heavy for me and my back. I need something light (not heavy) for the yard. Was thinking that a battery operated machine would be the lightest around. Anyone experience with a battery powered machine, or a light weight 2 stroke and can recommend one. Maybe even an electric one.
  17. Yes, can only spend it within 3km of house. No alcoholic drinks, just food etc. When you buy something for B20 it gets taken off your B10000...only to certain outlets. That's what Wifey says.
  18. Me too.....kalasin Chang Wat.
  19. You live a misinformed and sheltered life. Many people live in Pattaya as they work around the refinery, at the Laem Chabang port or work at an International School.
  20. Up country, B300 to change a battery in a Samsung mobile.
