  1. Thanks. In my case the multi-point heaters are in a domestic house. Heaters are fed from the house CU, which has a lockable door. The heaters are mounted under the kitchen bench and under the laungry bench. Next to each heater is another 3 phase breaker. I don't have an actual lockable isolator next to the heater unit. I read that now (in Aus) each sub-circuit final must have a RCB/RCBO. Does that mean each seperate feed from the CU must have a RCBO? Eg. Stove, kitchen.
  2. I'm only 77 and also forgotten most of this even though I taught it to year 12s before. What I can remember (sort of) is Excel have a very good Help menue. Go to the Help menu and type something like: how do I insert a forex line chart?
  3. Which is what @Crossy said yesterday. Sorry for that. ????
  4. I think the heater is wired in a Wye configuration. I have found a couple of 3 phase, 3 pole RCBO's with Neutral connections. I presume the neutral would go from the junction of the Wye back to the CU neutral bus. 3 phase, 3 pole RCBO, something like this in the picture?
  5. Thai/German have a big college in Chonburi or maybe Satahip, not sure exactly which Changwat it's in.
  6. For the 3 phase water heater, should you use a 3 phase RCB, or wouldn't it work in this application as there is no dedicated neutral to the heater? It seems from the wiring diagram that the active to one end of the heater returns via the earth, which is connected at the CU to the neutral. Maybe reading the cct wrong. So the question is should you use a 3 phase RCB?
  7. Sounds like you're one. Absolutely no idea. Many people live in Pattaya because they work there Richard Cranium. Many Falangs work at the International Schools. Many Falangs work in The Eastern Seaboard. Many Falangs work at Lam Chabang Port. Don't thank me, just trying to improve your knoweledge. Now IQ is 20.
  8. Correction, NE Thailand not NW Thailand and I think the plataeu is the Korat plataeu. Aquifers in Thailand have been extensively surveyed years ago.
  9. Not so funny when it happens in real life, but then young and stupider.
  10. I'm not sure which ones, but a lot of the aquifers in Thailand are charged by rain water and not underground streams. I read about this years ago and I think NW Thailand before the plateau aquifer is rainwater charged.
  11. There several International Schools in Bangkok. Ruamrudii International School, Bangkok I S, and more. There are also several in Pattaya. The Regents is one. Look them up, then dress neatly and take your degree, TEFEL Cert, CV and go and see them. Also a High So Thai school, Bangkok Christian College in Satorn road. They also team teach (or used to). Do the rounds. Chang Mai also has International Schools and a big university campus at Khong Kean that has English teachers. Used to be big language schools around Siam Square. Good luck. ????
  12. Yes something lost in translation. I think the shop owner knew what he was saying, but only half was understood. ????
  13. Glad to make your day but a Thai at the shop said something about raising the handlebars. ????
  14. Well trained. What well trained, anyone, let alone a SWAT leader, takes a pistol to a pub?
  15. That would get rid of your prostrate blockages. I remember a first job working at the Newcastle (Aus) Steel Mill and the trick with the compressed air feed was to stick it up someones clacker and pull the trigger. Caused a few industrial accidents as the force of the air ...well you can guess the results.
  16. On our 2 bikes we have what looks like adjustable front forks. I'm not sure if they adjust the fork damping or raise the handlebar stem or what. Someone please clue me in? Thanks. ????
  17. Hi, trouble is with the Stiebels types, the replacement cartridges are expensive. Enclosed some pics of our under-sink-unit and tap. Just bought 3 new filters about B1300 total for the 3. We've had this unit for about 6 years and not died yet. ????
  18. Well you can always do what I did and take a few local kids to the pool for swimming lessons. Once a week for 6 weeks with a Thai instructor and 4 more kids can swim. ????
  19. Good news about the fish. ???? Shovel and pressure washer for the mud? Do the army or navy ever come around to help after a flood?
  20. I stand corrected. Kalasin is a small town. But Kuchinari is a smallest town and Baan Suan Pheung is one of the smallest towns. For me, if it takes a few hours to walk around then it is BIG. So to me, it's a big city, but to you it's a small town. ????
  21. Need a new fully automatic washing machine. Any recommendations for a top loading 12 kg no frills heavy duty machine?
  22. River is running fairly swiftly now, so (like catching a rip current out the back), just get in the current and off you go. Weeeeee. Still 15km is a great effort. Good man. ????
