You will see the fireworks anywhere round Pattaya beach. Personally I avoid the centre like the plague. The beach area and the city in general will be rammed. Take care of your kids if you go.

Just go onto Lazada and order your wheels. It's so easy to order and to replace. My wife did ours. I can assure you that if she can do it, anyone can.

Everyone is missing the point of this topic. It's not an insurance company that will not pay out its the "Thai government does provide coverage under the Health Insurance for Non-Thais (HINT) scheme". I have no idea what this is, anyone? -

There is only 1 Big C Extra and that's Pattaya Klang. The other one is Big C Supercentre.

No one actually "buys" a bar over here, they are all rented out for a period of time. Short term leases or renting are basically the same, the owner holds the freehold.
