Just visited Jomtien immigration for a Residence Certificate for driving licence. I was informed at the Residence desk that I havnt updated my TM30 since I changed my passport 2 years ago, even though I have renewed my extension of stay and done online 90 reports over the 2 year period. I assume this is correct. The queue for the TM30 was massive as immigration closed tomorrow for Big Buddha day. I thought I would do online. At first glance this looks complicated, any views/advice?

You probably were upgraded free of charge. I am with 3bb and they upgraded me a few years ago. Most connections are fibre now
