Just changed one without any of those things, which IMO illustrates how absurd a 200b install fee is. You are right about one thing, I did not have a clue about electrics…other than knowing 200b is a joke.

After being told 200b per, I will - not going to entertain pure greed in this instance. And, this condo has a reputation for room lighting issues so its nothing more than a opportunistic money grab.

no need to cut the power, just turn the light switch off. Takes the technician a few minutes, at most. Not cheap but I suppose it’s all relative.

200b for install only - takes the technician at most 3 minutes to replace one. 50b seems reasonable.

Tired of seeing this mug’s face and wish this story would just go away. The guy is clearly a d*****b** but it is the height of hypocrisy that this case was pursued so vigorously when there are any number of far, far more egregious cases/conduct that get brushed aside without a second thought.

When it works, it works fine - an extra 10b per tank and they pick up/drop off right to the room door. Half the time they just dont show up, though. 🤷♂️

Hehe, I did and ultimately went with River Fresh but they are wholly unreliable - at least once a month they just fail to show up at all on the confirmed delivery date. And I only order twice a month. Pretty much finished with them now.
