Hmm, with this profile and (or maybe especially) if she is from Issan, it is a classic visa denial as these are the types of Thai women who get busted for prostitution in the U.S., generally speaking. The fact that a visa was issued should be quite comforting to her. I assume she has a return ticket? Frankly, nothing seems out of the ordinary to me. Might be helpful if you all have specific travel booked to have those details/evidence with her at entry. Only thing I would add is that if she doesn’t understand a question posed by the border officer, makes sure she asks him/her to repeat it, or say she doesn’t understand it - Thai people hate to do that, face and all, but don’t let her go off on a tangent.
