@kano85 have you changed/serviced any of the engine internals like the timing chain , piston and rings, big end bearings ?
180,000 KM's is a lot for a 250cc engine.

TOT IPTV service is worth a mention

I believe 3BB have a similar service but with less/no foreign channels ?

^ I tried autosearch which did nothing. Then tried manual search, and then added transponders using the frequency and symbol rates shown in the link you provided.
Nothing found
Thats quite strange I would have expected it to find something...does the receiver show any signal/quality % while it scans ?
if is there a search option called blind scan or power scan try that it can take a long time but should get some results.
If you have no signal/quality then there could be some problem with LNB settings check for power 13/18 v to LNB and check the LNB local oscillator frequency often called LNB frequency common values are 5150 Mhz ( 5.15 GHz) for C band LNB's
For Ku band LNB's common frequencies are 9750 Mhz ( 9.75 GHz) 10600 Mhz (10.6 GHz) and 10750 Mhz (10.75 GHz)
if you have the Local oscillator frequency wrongly set the actual frequency searched will not be what is reported by the reciever
so it can miss everything.
If you can do a blind scan it should find something even with wrong Local oscillator frequency but the receiver will report channel frequencies incorrectly leading to much confusion
Also don't confuse LNB ( Local oscillator frequency ) for transponder frequency you set the LNB frequency and once its correct leave it alone...

If it didn't find any channels then I think you did something wrong

I got into the menus and explored the transponder settings but got nowhere with any searches.
When you say got no where do you mean it didn't find any channels or did it find channels but the screen was black ie encrypted.
before spending more money on new receiver and card I would carry on trying to get something with the old setup first.
I vaguely remember that CTH was also broadcasting on Thaicom ( maybe only C band cant remember )
so could be worth trying to tune for channels from Thaicom maybe your dish is pointing there instead ?
http://www.lyngsat.com/Thaicom-5-6-8.html
12272 Horizontal on Thaicom should give lots of free channels according to Lyngsat

Would be best if the whole house had a hard wired CAT5 or better LAN cable to every room
but if you like to use WiFi and worry about signal strength then look at some Wifi access point/extenders/repeaters.

The ones with rabies ???? the soi dog lovers will be along shortly to point out that dogs where here before us, are completely harmless never attack anyone and if we don't like it go home.
what about the Thai people who are already home maybe they will at long last do something about the dog problem ?

No problem, good luck with your searching.

This is the list of all transponders
http://www.lyngsat.com/JCSAT-5A-and-Vinasat-1-2.html
from all the satellites that are co located at 132 degrees east
(0.2 degrees is not detectable with a dish that small ) looks like there are 3 sats there
JCSAT-5A Vinasat 1 and Vinasat 2 they all appear to the dish to be in the same place no need to re align anything.
with your setup you can expect to get the channels in the KU 11-12 GHZ band shown in yellow from the above link

I've got the original CTH dish which is Ku band and 24 inches I think (?) but I've no idea of the frequencies?
You can try to manually retune the receiver to the 11-12 GHZ frequencies on the Lyngsat page shown in yellow
http://www.lyngsat.com/JCSAT-5A-and-Vinasat-1-2.html
Look in the receiver menus for "add transponder" fill in as much details as you can and let the receiver search for new channels.
for example transponder number 2
frequency 11008 polarisation Horizontal SR ( symbol rate ) 28800 FEC ( forward error correction ) 3/4
If you cant find the menu to add a new transponder then try a full auto search. -
Frequencies in the 3 ghz range are C band you would need a 1.5 meter or larger dish and appropriate LNB. If your dish is smaller than 1.5 meters and solid its most likely a KU band 11-12 GHZ
The receiver can tune to either C or KU band depending on if you have the correct size dish and appropriate LNB -

Shows quite a few channels from Vietnam as un-encrypted

As the pages for entering tax payments in the bluebook ( for my wife's car ) are full up and being the ultimate cheap Charlie I refused the testing center's offer of 300 baht to do it ( book back by friday ) and decided go to the DLT next to the Regents school
and apply for a new blue book myself...it was to put it kindly chaos as usual very very busy..they said the blue book would be ready tomorrow after 2PM
so I should have accepted the very reasonable 300 baht offer
Luckily I dragged my wife along who had to fill in the application form and supply copy of her ID card if she hadn't have been there I would have needed a power of attorney form signed by her.. so another trip home and back...what a palaver

So the sidewalks actually weren't removed, just replaced with narrower versions?
In that particular area in front of Pizahut they removed the VW camper van man selling assorted stuff who had been there for years and years
then removed a façade on the Pizahut front wall that was about 18 inches wide then dug up the pavement and relaid it, so they made the pavement about 18 inches wider for the length of Pizahut and then you walk straight into the electricity pylon shown in the photo.

Remember ( when converting ) that they only give you a licence for the category of licence you all ready hold
so for example they wont ( some mistakenly do ) give you a motorcycle licence if that category is not on your foreign licence.
in that case you would have to do full tests for the motorcycle licence color, reaction, depth perception + computer theory test + actual on the track riding test.
