  1. Many years ago when single-- whenever I would go out, I would always look for a woman who has a tattoo.

    I see a woman with a tattoo and I think "here's a bird who's capable of making a decision she'll regret in the future.".................................coffee1.gif

  2.  Some friends in there late 50s are flying in from London, & I am meeting with them in Pattaya next week--- 8 years ago I lived in Pattaya (I'm now in Issan) for about 6 years so I know my way around a little, although I am always surprised at the population explosion when I do visit there.

Looking for a couple of nice restaurants that I don't have to mortgage the house to go to.....along the lines of the green Bottle (if that's still going) Some entertainment + a decent meal.

Also They love the Thai massage scene, & as one of them is female---I guess  that will be excluding Some establishments that I used to know...

    Thanks in advance...............wai2.gif

  3. Go for it HaKKa, I think its a great idea, You don't appreciate a lot of stuff in school until you get older.

Little things like being spanked every day by a middle-aged woman.

Stuff you pay good money for in later life..............................................................coffee1.gif

  5. To be a Devil's advocate I can understand why some of the locals would assume foreigners are not too bright when some:

1 Build houses on land they don't own.

2 Defend dual pricing (Oh its not that much money...)

3 Stay long term in a country but never receive any long term permission to stay, only annual extensions

4 Must report to the police every 90 days (Yeah, Immigration is a division of the police)

5 Don't speak, read or write the language, even after living here for long periods.

6 Believe some of the whoppers their Thai wives/GFs tell them (Thai men wouldn't)

7 Have to have their Thai wife/GF go every where with them because they can not manage on their own. (See #5)

Other than a few technicalities, I honestly do believe that the Thais truly do like and respect us smile.png

And just the other minor one Lancelot................ Pay large sums of Sin-Sot to marry a lady twice divorced with 5 children...............coffee1.gif

  6. Do you mean what the UK would refer to as  aged pension ??.....If so most of the Americans I know here are retired & collecting SS......Some have even started new families since being here, so have had an increase in their SS.
