A very small statistical sample - seven of the nine local expats in our town departed early-mid 2020 to their home countries - given their ages I'd guess they're all either deceased or in rest homes, waiting; none have returned; the eighth had a job transfer. This is the bar that was allegedly arranging / booking the children online and delivering them to the hotels, so the underage stuff wasn't occurring on bar premises. Suggest the 'purchasers' knew exactly what they wanted. No different here in Chanthaburi, I've been thanked for my work clearing and maintaining an area of no-man's-land behind our house for the last 4 years.
