While it's true that Kamala Harris did not become the Democratic nominee through a traditional democratic process, she was appointed by Biden as VP and was selected at the DNC as Presidential candidate when Biden pulled out, that fact alone is not a valid reason to dismiss her as a candidate or avoid supporting her. In fact, many would argue that the process by which Harris became the Democratic nominee is not particularly relevant to her qualifications or fitness for office. What matters most is her policy positions, experience, and ability to lead the country effectively. Ultimately, voters should make their decisions based on the candidates' platforms, values, and character, rather than the process by which they were nominated.

If you've been there a long time the old TM30 should not need updating so the owner being out of country should not matter as you already have an existing TM30. Any short stays elsewhere when TM30's may have been entered will not matter. People who stay at home and go to a hotel for a while somewhere else don't have to do a new TM30 every time they come back home.
