From what I've read elsewhere it seems like you need to do your 1st 90 day report after re-entering Thailand in person/mail/via an agent 1. @webcrawler00 post says in person only, so mail in would be rejected also? 2. Is this first-time requests of a 90-day notification in each country visit, in-person presentation a retrograde update to the TM47 report new web site? The previous version of the web site didn't need an in person visit and accepted the reports online. Or is there some other immigration reason for requiring people go in person?

Why would anyone want to do that - its just creating more electronic waste? Just copy the files from original CD using the old optical drive to some hard drive or USB storage or better still get the files from the internet if the product is still there.

In what way would your points 1 or 2 be classed as income? You are simply drawing on your own funds not earning income.
