Naturally i would not know much as oppose to a expert like yourself, but i live near Temple and work near another Temple and yet to hear any sound or noise coming from either of them.
Perhaps you live and work near those two temples for the deaf I read about? Or maybe yours are Trappist temples?
Other temples do indeed seem to make a great deal of noise on occasions. Most of them start just about the time that the illegal all-night karaoke bars are closing.

To start with I do not believe there are any foreigners who are licenced lawyers in Thailand as it does require passing Thai bar, ie super fluent in Thai .
Some operate legal firms using Thai lawyers or subcontracting to Thai firm.

First explore all the available options, including 1111. Just keep in mind it may take a few calls to achieve things, because with usual Thai attitude, club will stop and start again, or will try it on again to see if they can.
Having a Thai call would be "helpful" not only because of language but also to claim he/she cannot rest and must work every day.
In my case, when i called, i told them i could not rest and had to work, provided my WP number, then got a GF to say the exact thing, they she could not sleep but had to work and club was gone within a week,

and depending on who the owner of the club is and his connections to the local police, you should also factor in the slight chance that this could have a negative effect on your property or your health or your status.
Again urban myth. I taken on Mityon in Pattaya and the only effect after the fact is I get 10% discount each time I buy a bike.

1111 is a joke. I had with a similar situation where karaoke and beer bars would sprout up in the area and stay open all night with their drunken howling sometimes until 0700 or later. Problem was, the place was owned by a Pattaya cop. No matter who you talked to at City Hall, or 1111 with my farang and Thai neighbors all calling.,nothing was ever done. I finally moved to a quiet fully developed area with no bars or clubs within a mile. Lovely quiet. Cost me a lot of money and sleepless nights but it was worth it. It's a loser any way you slice it. You can give "gifts" to a BIB and you may get a temporary reprieve, but like a cancer, it always comes back. It's all down to who has the most money and influence. We, as visitors here in LOS have negligible influence unless you are married to the sister or daughter of a powerful political figure, forget about it. My Thai wife was never bothered by all the racket and the bass that made our bedroom wall act like a drumhead., so don't expect your Thai neighbors to give a damn about your situation. Take the hit and find a quiet spot without bars or karaoke anywhere near you. My 2c
Not every club is owned by a cop and not every cop is high ranking enough .
Basic common sense.
Your choice to be a victim because of you a foreigner is only your choice , do not presume all foreigners feel same way and treated same way.
As I said o Jane closed down clubs , parties and taken on big companies through 1111 and Soi kor bor( pardon the spelling )
And all were dealt with to my satisfaction . May be not ideal but good enough to satisfy me.

I had this exact same problem recently. I signed a lease at a resort, owner said if I wanted to depart before the agreed time I would not get my deposit (10,000Bt) returned. I had trouble sleeping every night due to the boom-boom-boom of a bar/club in the area. I knew there was nothing I could do to stop the noise, so I wanted out, but I also knew the resort owner would not return my deposit. So what to do?
The owner had a dog that wandered around the grounds. So one day when nobody was around I threw a srone at the dog and made the animal angry, then everytime I walked out the resort the owner's dog would run and bark at me. I complained to the owner about his dog attacking me. Then a couple days later in full view of several people as the dog ran barking at me I faked it and collapsed to the ground clutching my heart.
The owner and his wife freaked out, when I recoved I told them I had a weak heart and their dog keeps attacking me. I kept saying your dog will give me a heart attack, I can't stay here anymore.
So the owner and his wife are scared, they want me out, they don't want to be held responsible for hospital expenses and having police and Pattaya One News at their resort. So we agreed to cancel the lease and a couple days later I got my full deposit (minus elect/water consumption) returned and I departed.

Yes, Puritans has a Thai site, but it's all in Thai which I can't read and the prices are not that attractive. As I mentioned, I've made orders much larger than this 1-3 times a year for ten years from Puritans and no problems. Meanwhile, Puritan no longer ships to Thailand by mail order. Yes, when I got there, FDA banned the shipment as medicine, which it is not, none of the items are on the restricted list, but the selenium seemed to be what they didn't like. So, certainly times are changing and this why Puritan does not ship anymore to Thailand. Yes, I can make smaller orders, but this wasn't large, $127 and a 3.3kg box about 10 inches square, and I'd have to order once a month to keep up. Remember, these are for my wife as well, and I need sizeable amounts for optimum health. One thing that seemed to be a problem with Puritan as well is that the 4 bottles of selenium were broken down into 8 bottles of half the number of caps. Anything over 4 bottles they don't seem to like, so if I'm going to risk it again, I'll make a phone order and try to ensure that the size bottles ordered are the same as shipped. Two other fellas were in there with larger boxes and passed, one with a single jar of glucosamine of about 1kg. This is for the benefit of others, I don't need any advice, but thanks. I might add that one of these ingredients instantly cured a tinea infection that I suffered with for 46 years, but that's a bit off topic.FOR YOUR EDIFICATION ALL:
I've ordered vitamins many times for the 10 years I've lived in the Chiang Mai area, usually from Puritan Pride in the states. The first ones were very large, $600 or more, no problems, sometimes a customs fee. About a year ago, though, customs seized a $900 order and accused me of dealing. They were going to confiscate the whole thing, but my Thai wife managed to talk them into taking only 1/3. 1-2 orders since, smaller of course, no problems. Avoid large boxes.
But this month I needed some selenium / vitamin E / vitamin C for prostate and sinus troubles. I can't maintain good health without quite a few vitamins and minerals at my age, 67. Well, Puritan and others I see no longer ship to Thailand as of about a few months ago because my last order was about January. I don't know why, but can guess. So, I ordered from Swanson, as good or better a bargain and also same shipping route from the states to Germany then to Thailand via DHL. Well, dang, only a small order, about $120, but they have it stuck in customs again at the airport. So, Monday will take my passport, passport copy, copy of order, and my stepson to help explain it for me.
I'll let you all know how this turns out.

Import of vitamins is on restricted list in Thailand . It makes no difference what you think, it is what customs think that matters.
As I said , you can keep doing what you do or you can smarten up and avoid further hassles at slightly higher prices

Nothing wrong with tough penalties , but perhaps immigration should also consider Visa changes .
Example being , 1 year holiday visa
1 year working visa , and so on.
May be less people will be overstaying and more quality people will be coming.
