  1. It might cost them votes most of public comments i have read (mostly women) are against us getting any increase, if anything it seems they would vote for pensions to be completely stopped for expats JMO of course!
  2. Could you elaberate on that Mike, i've often thought of doing the same but did'nt know where to start TIA i have another private pension as well as the DWP pittance so get taxed on the total of the 2 pensions i receive

True, that well known labour socialist Tony Blair fought tooth and nall to get it stopped and thrown out, been ongoing now for something like 75 years so not much chance of getting it changed, that was one thing Corbin agreed with saying it was grossly unfair (refering to frozen pensions), had he got in of course like most mps would have dropped it. But saying that Kudos to those trying to get changed never give up! Just my 2 penny worth to this old thread!

No she was sacked for arguing with the bloke who used to do "The week that was" and put paid to "The Poster of the year" it seemed she then joined "The Thaiger" (sp.) and somebody congratulated her on her baby, whether she is still with the thaiger i don't know i'm not a member, that's all i know!

  7. Was'nt this done and dusted a while back, husband was extradited back to Thailand from Spain, and admitting he killed her, now in jail awaiting sentence, or is this a different "Lady of the hills"

  15. I should clarify she fills in the witness part in English and where the stamp should be she writes the name of the school she taught at in Thai Me personally get her niece who is a doctor to fill in and stamp accordingly!

  19. True, and they pay a lot to get on the boat, then lose their passports before they are "rescued" by RNLI then arrive in the UK destitute pitiful asylum seeking waifs (scroungers)

The type of hernia i was thinking of is Inguinal hernia an egg shaped lump in the groin area that disappears when i lay down in bed at night for instance, it does'nt hurt at all, and i have never thought about medical treatment, but i'm no doctor this is my experience, google it yourself Inguinal hernia ius very common! Best of luck!
  22. I did similar about 5 years ago and have an egg sized lump on my left groin area, it has never been a problem so unless it troubles you painfull etc, just leave it be, there is a name for these non problem hernia's which i can't remember now, maybe Sheryl cann help!
