What's the average life expectancy for a Saltwater Chlorine generator. Mine just decided it was time to die, even with routine maintenance, after just short of 5 years. I was quoted 20k thb for a replacement part which has a 3 month warranty or 44k Thb for an entirely new Saltwater Generator system, and thosecl are with discounts from the company that does my pool servicing. I chose to replace the main componet which had failed, but in the future want to change to a Pentair system. Has anyone found a Pentair intelichlor System here in Thailand at a decent price.
