Wait didn't a foreigner try and build himself a sea stead floating house he then anchored out in the ocean off of the coast here in Thailand and then get himself arrested as well as the home dismantled. If I remember right he was selling them as well....... Must be only a Home a Thai can build.... https://www.reuters.com/article/us-thailand-seahome-movement-idUSKCN1S50UP

Should co-owners pay for EV scooter charging.

So then those using the Air con in the play room, the small gym, using the sauna who are not co-owners but live there are thieves as well .......your view is so narrow and if you get wadded up over a few baht then I really feels for you, must be killing you to think of missing out on that 1 bottle of water per month it's costing you. You really are a champ. -

Reread my posts throughout your OP you'll understand.....your not paying for it all, its a mere pittance and all owners pay the common area fees. Guess since I don't use the play room where the kids can play and folks sit on their computers while running the air con I should get my self all worked up like you are. Yet you can not see past the edge of your nose and you rant on and on about how your being taken advantage of for a few baht........learn to ride the middle rail instead of getting the tidy whites all bunched up. -
Ouch .....I pay the PEA bill and my rate here in PKK is from 3.2484 baht per unit up to 150 units which is at the low end and a high of 4.4217 Baht per unit for use of over 401 units. My bill for this month which I just paid was 7,269 Baht, just waiting for April to arrive with the heat and the bill to rise up with the rates. We average using 1065 units a month. Running the pool equipment, and drying the clothes in the dryer does add up with the use of the AC at night. During the day we just run the fans. The average temp in the house during the day is 32......just think if I ran the AC during the day...... If I paid the 9 baht a unit you pay I would have a bill of close to 10k a month.

So were the electrical outlets your complaining about that the EV bikes are being charged from..... -
if he had given up and surrendered, then arrested, he would have them been prosecuted and either sentenced to death if it met the legal requirements, if not then imprisoned. Of course he would have probably claimed innocence by mental defect or insanity caused by his use of the drugs he was initially arrested for.

Why are you so curios, are you being placed into an inaactive post? Or your family member. It just means you get sidelined like placed in a corner. You still get paid etc...just can't continue to mess things up for others. -
Tell me how either Shinawatra attained his or her PM position by a coup....
-
And at one time Prayut said there would be no coup and he did not want to be PM, but then look where we are now.....

What are my options for visa
ThailandRyan replied to 2008bangkok's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
US passports in the US are taking between 7 and 9 weeks now to be returned after the application is submitted. My daughter who is flying here in April applied back in late January and just got hers today. As far as in country here in BKK I am not sure how long the timeframe is for getting a new passport. The Embassy website currently says this: "Passport process may take up to four to five weeks from the date we receive your application package to when you receive your new passport book by mail. There is no expedite service when applying for U.S. passport overseas" So with mailing and return it could take 6 weeks or so in country. That's for a US Passport. -

Yep doing a job only a Thai can do, and did they have work permits to be sellers........I bought 2 pairs of Adidas shoes from them as well as shorts and workout clothes. The quality was spot on and the shoes sold to me for 800 Baht a pair. Wonder when they will raid the Indian sellers of the high end luxury bags.....bought the daughter a fabulous Dior bag for 1k Baht....... -
