Your personal background has no relevance to this case. The fact is that kicking and swearing at people is not acceptable in any country. Thuggish behaviour deserving judicial punishment. Entirely agree. Went on a cruise around the Mediterranean many years ago. Experienced claustrophobia within minutes, and soon after realised I would be unable to avoid people I would rather not know. Loathed every minute. Never again !

The Thai baht is permanently over-valued. This has lead to several financial disasters, most notably the crash of 1997/8. Those Thais in a position of power/privilege invest heavily overseas, especially in property, for which purpose the higher the value of the baht the better.
