I am presently living in Hawaii and can attest you are correct - yes we are the last State in the Nation to have a lot of restrictions, and a vivid "Wash up, Mask up, Keep your distance" campaign going on. Masks are still mandatory in all settings, stores, offices, groups etc etc etc. Only exceptions are trhe beaches, but I still see people masked up on beaches here. I am hoping to get back to LOS and SE Asia by end of next spring..............We shall see.

I don't know who said the words "For Property Purchase" does not have to be on the paperwork as a reason for the transfer but they are dead wrong.............I almost had to send my money back out of Thailand and back in because this statement was omitted.........and would have lost a good amount of Baht in the transactions. Lucky for me I had enough in US Bank to do another transfer with the statement "For Condominium Purchase " on it before the Bank would accept is as payment for the condo. Bank Mgr told me it was required because of money laundering - so I asked her, "If I won the Lottery big prize I couldn't use that money to buy a condo??". She said "Impossible". for foreigner, has to come from overseas.

I hear you, but I bought B500K under asking price, fully furnished and ready to move in, because the owner wanted to move back to the USA (now, after 4 years wants to move back) if he wants his condo back, I'd gladly sell it for what he sold it to me for. I thought this was corrected last year - Oh, it was ThaiVisa last year - this year it is "Asean Now" and the insane popup advertisements are back and driving me and my computer crazy. They are using a huge amount of computer resources and now rthe forum freezes quite often.............nowhere else I visit does this, only Asean Now Thailand forum. How can I get rid of these once again?? I use Safari and Firefox, happens on both. Any ideas??

Two. Moderna Feb/Mar this year, on waiting list for Booster shot, taking no chances, there are too many non-vaxers out there for 'whatever reasons'. None of my business, just like the Flu Shots, I get one every year, never get the flu, my brother hasn't had one in 40 years and never gets the flu. Until it's proven otherwise, I will continue to get boosters whenever they offer it, my life is too precious to be taking chances based on a 'belief'. Can someone tell me what religions prohibit vaccinations, and why?? did they include the triple shot for mumps, measles and ?? also Polio shots children need to attend school - were they also prohibited by some abstract religion??
