The van driver is reported as saying as he merged back into the traffic lane a motorcycle clipped his righthand mirror. In other words, he failed to give way to the motorcycle approaching in the lefthand lane. CCTV should enable who's at fault.
Since I was a young man visiting Thai bars I have seen the 'girls' get bigger and less shapely but I have yet to see one who could lift a 100 kilos of water head high.😀
Another example of a villager ignoring the fact that stubble burning is illegal and instead following a practice which he and other farmers have used all their working lives. Subsistence farming is a tough life and I have sympathy for the deceased.
If anyone in Thailand really cared about this man's interference in government affairs the Press would be obliged not to cover and report his every move.

Sadly, it seems very likely that the child was in a rear passenger seat unrestrained. What happened to the legislation to introduce child restraint seats into cars?
To claim ignorance of Thai law implies that such a display is acceptable in his country of origin and, indeed, other countrys in which he admits to public sexual activity.
