    This is not the first time mis-use and abuse of conscripts has been in the news. The last time the same 'We will taake action' platitudes were uttered but little has changed. The promise to install CCTV should include married officers quarters with feeds only to a recorder in Defence Ministters office as a reminder.

    I'm guessing that a heavy-lift all terrain crane could work the rubble pile from a greater radius to lift and stack very heavy debris pieces on site out of the work area. Space available is cramped and trucking very heavy debris off site impractical. Does anyone know what machine has been brought in?

    Thanks. A retrofit of a guard to that standard - constructed to collapse in a controlled manner - applied to chassis built in Thailand might well fail at the weakest point. 😋
