I read it on Thai Visa forum long ago reported from a news item. As I recall, two people were charged because the hive(s) were in a national park. -

Himalayan giant honey bees spotted in Chiang Mai

A 'rare species' yet the biologists collected three for study presumably resulting in death for those insects. An ordinary Thai was imprisoned for fifteen years for collecting wild honey so what sentence applies in this case? -
PINNED - IMMIGRATIONS TEMPLATES
PETERTHEEATER replied to PETERTHEEATER's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Thank you both. As I get older I find navigating the Immigration website more difficult. I now rarely have a problem with IOs but on my last application a TM7 was rejected (nicely) because it did not conform to 'their' requirements. The only change was that 'their' in-house copies had Telephone Number typed in on the top margin. I pointed out that the contact telephone number had been written under the signature but the IO smiled and said "This one" handing me 'their' form. 🙄 -

. I apologise, forgetting that many AN members do not have English as their first language. Nay is an old-fashioned, literary or diialect word for 'no'. Neigh is a sound uttered by a horse In the English Parliament, when the result of a vote is announced it is usually - for an in favour result - to announce "The Ayes have it" and for a not in favour result to announce "The Nays have it" -

Three year old girl survives Ferris wheel plunge in Bangkok
PETERTHEEATER replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
The UK Metro report states that the little girl grabbed a bar on the bottom of one of the rising cars, clung on but fell from near the top landing on the canopy of a lower car. This is probably why the parents did not file a complaint since they failed to control the child. However, the ferris wheel operators are at fault for not having a safety barrier in place at ground level to prevent no-riders from contating the moving assemblies. -
