To be fair, some applicants will submit valid conversions which are properly inspected and a certificate issued but later the bus owners modify the installation but do not resubmit the vehicle for inspection and recertification. The original certificate will specify the number of cylinders permitted.
What I don't understand in todays update is this:
Furthermore, some of the gas tanks were installed inside the bus,
Unlike trucks where the cylinders are usually racked externally behind the cab, with buses they are installed in the rear of the baggage compartment which is directly under the seating floor. Where would they be installed outside the bus? Has anyone seen external gas cylinders on a 'tour' bus?
Yes, it was under his watch as PM but, give the guy a break, he has already spent time in gaol and fallen critically sick for months so I feel he has been punished enough. Please note, also, that I am am a habitual liar.....😀
The weird reasoning for charging him under the quoted statute could be that a buffalo can be used instead of a mechanical tractor as a draught animal for pulling a plough.
I doubt that it can be applied to cows but it could apply to a human.😏
The Mercedes emblem denotes engine and transmission I think, possibly the chassis also. The bodywork, seats and upholstery are all local produced.. They are flimsy. That said. the report mentions gas cylinders so probably LPG fuelled.
Heartbreaking.
Must have been a homemade rod. Aluminium tubing is not flexible enough to be an effective fishing rod except for small fish. A dipping rod not a casting rod perhaps.
One thing I learned from this report is that sign language is not universal.

....a Russian sign language interpreter is necessary for the investigation .....
Unquote.
