  1. These reports usually state details of the vehicle's registration plate but none visible in the photograph. Surely it was not being used on public roads without tax and insurance?
  2. I thought those mirrors with castor wheels mounted on the end of a pole were for checking the undersides of vehicles.

  21. Yes. Angle grinders are supplied with safety guards but, it seems, Thai users do not like them since they interfere with their need to use the cutting blade at any angle. They are not intended to use circular saw blades and the instructions warn against this but.....TIT. The teeth on that example are coarse and will cause the machine to 'kick' in use increasing the risk of injury.
