  1. The sooner the building codes are amended to make long circuits mandatory the sooner incidents like this can be prevented.😋
  2. Yes. Angle grinders are supplied with safety guards but, it seems, Thai users do not like them since they interfere with their need to use the cutting blade at any angle. They are not intended to use circular saw blades and the instructions warn against this but.....TIT. The teeth on that example are coarse and will cause the machine to 'kick' in use increasing the risk of injury.
  3. And the money for this would come from SNP coffers or.....England?
  4. Aluminium conducts heat quickly and evenly. It is easily spun formed into a pot shape. Aluminium is cheaper than other suitable materials. Bottom line. The end item is cheaper
  5. You die peacefully.....
  6. Her son wont like being back in Thailand having grown up in a western society. Where is her husband these days? She was sentenced in absentia to five years imprisonment so standby with the popcorn.......
  7. No, a cereal jerk sowing his wild oats.
  8. He could have blamed it on the self-driving feature.....😀
  9. Mr Mincewell, an expatriate Thai, is offended by her fashion choices? He should give her his handbag.
  10. Or for attempting to smuggle 'milk powder' into Australia?
  11. That's a good road, half of a four-lane. Broad shoulder for motor cycles plus two lanes for vehicles. The broken-down truck would, I assume, have been on the shoulder so she would have pulled out into lane to her right still leaving a free lane for following traffic. The distance to Hua Hin from where she was found is around 70km. That's a long commute by motorcycle.
  12. In my experience a half-shaft would fracture before wheel nuts snap. If the nuts have been overtorqued when fitted a wheel stud could fracture but all four?
  13. Quick, get the Press in now to witness the desruction by burning of this narcotic in case...er...someone breaks into our police station and .....er.....steals it.😋
  14. For me the PROS of EVs are still outweighed by the CONS and, it seems from the slump in sales in many countries people are turning back to ICE and hybrids.
  15. How come sex toys are banned but glittering carrots are not?😋
  16. Shifting from neutral to first without using the clutch does it for me.
  17. Speaking fluent English incoherently? Geordie.😀
  18. I think this refers the physical state of loan defaulters after a visit from the enforcers. I seem to recall a previous administration giving encouragement to people to buy new cars which resulted in a large increase in sales. Predictably, a very high number of buyers were unable to maintain loan repayments. I wonder who was PM then?🫢
  19. As you do at 1 o'clock in the morning...... A euphemism perhaps. The property for sale could be very spacious, ideal if you have the furniture to fill it.
  20. I think it was the 'stern' warning which scared him shirtless....😋
