  6. Mrs Nik is quite upbeat this morning, being a huge fan of the institution and the military government. Proper yellow shirt that she is. My son, on the other hand, is a little angry at it all. As you can imagine, there is a little friction in the house. Im staying clear! Pub tonight!
  7. They will be stronger next election. The old gaurd will die out with their generation. They will be replaced by the younger generation. What happened in Parliament will increase resistance to the old fools running the country for the elite.

  11. ".......should perform their duties with honesty, for the benefit of people and the country and without conflict of interest." without conflict of interest? Both Prayut and Prawit have brothers in the Senate. How is that not a conflict of interest?

  14. Hi - I m not sure if this is a correct forum for asking this type of question so apologies if it s in the wrong place. I ll cut a long story short - I lost my phone today at immigration. After the initial panic and trying to contact it I gave up and returned to the office where i work. I told my wife who kept calling and in the end it was answered. She contacted me and i called him and arranged to pick it up. Lucky me - saved me a few thousand baht and some inconvienience. The guy who helped me is an english - Thai interpreter and is out of work. He struck me as intelligent and is very well spoken so i promised to ask around to see if i can help find a job for him. The company i work for took his CV and said they would look at it and here I am asking if anyone here needs an interpreter or knows of anyone / company that does. long shot, I know, but it doesnt hurt to ask. If you do, then please contact me and I can send a full CV. Thanks for reading.
