    i had a skin biopsy done at Bangkok Christian Hospital - not expensive (also my insurance covered it) and I was very well looked after.

    I would see a doctor asap. if it's changing then it needs looking at. i had a similar looking growth on my arm. it turned out to be nothing serious but it was a concern.

    Even that was questionable - Prayut promoted the constitution as the answer to all thailand's woes, but, giving any negagtive opinion on it was deemed illegal or resulted in "attitude adjustment".
