  1. The problem with anti-corruption policies in Thailand is that, if they are effectively applied, there won't be anyone left to enforce them! ????
  2. Can you enlight us about which crimes the emails are showing?
  3. That answers the question "alleged by whom" (the GOP, of course), but not "influence on what"
  4. “I don’t talk about anything. You know why? Because I’m allowed to do whatever I want. I come under the Presidential Records Act,” Trump replied, while also taking a quick detour to bash Hewitt. “I’m not telling you. You know, every time I talk to you, ‘Oh, I have a breaking story.’ You don’t have any story. I come under the Presidential Records Act. I’m allowed to do everything I did.” ???? 5. Are you that uninformed, really? Or are you knowingly selective about what you "found" with Google? The dark web is known, for example, for hosting drug trade as well as paedophile content sharing and trade (paid with crypto-currencies, of course). Download Tor, and have a look by yourself before you quickly go out and uninstall it.
  6. Average life expectancy is a misleading indicator as it includes early deaths in the calculation (ex infant deaths, people who died before old age from disease, accident, crime, drug, etc...). The life expectancy of someone who is not already dead is higher than the average life expectancy.
  7. Not to mention the devastating effect of Covid in Russia in 2020/2021. https://www.theguardian.com/world/2021/oct/13/russias-population-undergoes-largest-ever-peacetime-decline
  8. Only if, as usual, you connect only the dots you like and ignore the ones you don't like. 1. The position of the Obama administration has always been to complain about Burisma not being effectively investigated, before and after the nomination of Shokin as prosecutor general Feb. 3, 2015 — Obama administration conveys harsh criticism of Ukraine Prosecutor General’s Office for its coverup of Zlochevskiy/Burisma Feb. 10, 2015 – Viktor Shokin takes office as Ukraine’s prosecutor general" Sept. 24, 2015 – U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt excoriates officials in the Prosecutor General’s Office for stymying anti-corruption investigations, including those involving Burisma https://www.justsecurity.org/66271/timeline-trump-giuliani-bidens-and-ukrainegate/ 2. As to Hunter complaining about having given a lot of money (while asking his sister to give him money, hmmm....), here's what the right-wing NYPost reported: There were $1,239 in repairs to an air conditioner at “mom-mom’s cottage,” and another $1,475 to a painter for “back wall and columns at the lake house.” There was also another $2,600 for fixing up a “stone retaining wall at the lake” and $475 “for shutters.” ???? ......... "There’s also evidence Joe Biden sometimes reimbursed his son." https://nypost.com/2022/04/09/hunter-biden-frequently-covered-family-expenses-texts-reveal/ But don't let facts get in the way of a good MAGA story, right?
  9. And I am even more suspicious about the way these vague and complex principles can be effectively measured with any reliability, and correlated with performance. BTW, Bruce who?
  10. Never, as they appoint each other. Of course, it may be possible to change the constitution, but they have a say on it, too. After the recent electoral debacle, the only remaining asset of the yellow-green network is its hold on the Judiciary and semi-judiciary (agencies). They will never let it go.
  11. However, a 2022 article in the University of Georgia School of Law’s Journal of Intellectual Property Law noted, “In the context of photographs taken by law enforcement during the booking process, the author of the mugshot photograph is the law enforcement agency.” That could mean that if the Fulton County sheriff wants to go after Donald Trump for those profits, he might have the legal ground to do so. ???? Donald Trump's Mug Shot Merchandise Move May Cost Him His $7 Million Profit https://news.yahoo.com/entertainment/donald-trumps-mug-shot-merchandise-145457593.html
  12. "Independent" The NACC is a key asset for the yellow-green establishment (to which the current Senators belong). They are not going to approve someone who is not fully compliant. Same for the EC (which will select the members of committees and panels who will select the next batch of Senators).
  13. It should be noted that wearing abaya is an arabic peninsula tradition ( and by expansion other middle-east countries). Most of the Muslim population in France originates from Northern Africa, where wearing abaya is not a tradition. It is likely an influence from Saudi Arabia's Wahhabism.
  14. I know. However one does not need a pardon for the quasi-peanuts Hunter is currently accused of.
  15. "Within weeks, Trump praised Putin for how he handled the takeover of Crimea and predicted that "the rest of Ukraine will fall ... fairly quickly." Echoing Kremlin propaganda, Trump said in a TV interview that the Crimean people "would rather be with Russia," a position he also pushed in private. One of his 2016 campaign aides falsely claimed that "Russia did not seize Crimea." https://www.cnn.com/2022/03/26/politics/trump-putin-ukraine/index.html
  16. Most of the events evoked by the so-called IRS whistleblower occurred under Trump mandate, Barr's DOJ, a Republican FBI director, and with a Republican investigator. Same for discarding the 1023 form. So if the DOJ controls the investigation and did not find anything while it was controlled by Trump/Barr, it then exonerates Biden.
  17. Plenty? Why are you unable to cite some of them? Or are you referring to Hunter's project of creating a JV with a Chinese company? That's not illegal. Thousands of businesses have JVs with Chinese firms. About the laptop/NYPost issue, blame Giuliani for giving the laptop content to the biased NYPost only, and not to the media. And also for giving the information one year after possessing it so that no convincing in-depth analysis could be made. And also for not providing the meta-data to authentify the information.
