  1. This worrying and the subject certainly deserves further investigations. However, I am always suspicious when something else is quoted, instead of the actual content of the article. As usual, I am right to be suspicious. The article tests a new imaging method which is indeed quite promising. However, a look at the article also reveals that: - it was an experiment on mouses, - the doses used were higher than the usual vaccine dose, - what has been tested were not the actual vaccines used against Covid-19 Quote: However, further research is needed to determine if similar effects occur in human subjects and to establish whether these molecular changes observed in mice are causally linked to reported clinical symptoms. We also used laboratory-produced LNP and mRNA spike formulations, which differ from approved Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) facility-produced LNP-mRNA vaccines (Supplementary Fig. 22 and Supplementary Data 3 and 5)
  2. "Everyone knew what that BS report was going to state." The truth! 😆
  3. Indeed, Twitter has decended! 😆 https://www.businessofapps.com/data/twitter-statistics/
  4. One of the key issues for Russia's economy: Oil price "Global oil prices. We expect downward oil price pressures over much of the next two years, as we expect that global oil production will grow more than global oil demand. We forecast that the Brent crude oil price will average $74 per barrel (b) in 2025, 8% less than in 2024, and then continue fall another 11% to $66/b in 2026." https://www.eia.gov/outlooks/steo/
  5. I look forward for Trump to bring down food prices immediately on day one! 😆 It is advised to wait 3 days before filling your cart at the supermarketĺ
  6. Interpretations diverge on who has been influenced by Trump. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2025/01/14/trump-envoy-witkoff-netanyahu-hamas-israel-hostage-deal/ https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2025-01-13/ty-article/.premium/trumps-mideast-envoy-forced-netanyahu-to-accept-a-gaza-plan-he-repeatedly-rejected/00000194-615c-d4d0-a1f4-fbfdce850000
  7. I just checked, and there's no gross distortion of fact such as "firing squad". And Harris never talked about firing squad, she talked about "violent rhetoric". It seems it's you who may be misrepresenting facts. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-attacks-liz-cheney-war-hawk-guns-trained-on-her-face/ https://www.msnbc.com/top-stories/latest/trump-liz-cheney-war-hawk-guns-rcna178384 https://edition.cnn.com/2024/11/01/politics/donald-trump-liz-cheney-war-hawk-battle/index.html The Beast seems to be the LW equivalent of the RW NYPost and seems to apply the same tactics. The title may be misleading, but the undistorted information (ex. accurate quote of statement) is in the body of the article (in order to avoid lawsuits, I guess). BTW, I'm not familiar with army processes and organisation. Does "nine barrels" usually refer to something specific?
  8. So The Beast is representative of all the media?
  9. Stop distorting what I wrote. I never dismissed China's attempt. My point is that it was years ago, that China failed,, and that policies and regulations have been implemented after that in order to prevent any further attempt. Facts. Then you are lying again. I never used "years ago" about Denmark's statement. I only used it about China's attempt, which happened 6 years ago. As to Denmark's statement, they only said they had neglected Greenland's defense, which has nothing to do with an old attempt by China to get a contract to build an airport. And of course, when you have no substantiated argument, you resort to insults! 😆
  10. Another intrusion from the MAGA alternate universe.....
  11. Anyone noticed how MAGAs who have been whining about free speech for years are now supporting muzzling the media! 😆
  12. The problem with you is that whatever information and fact is brought to your attention, you go on like a broken report. China did attempt that, I never ignored that. But it's years ago and since then ( and because of that) policies and regulations have been implemented to avoid it happening again. I have posted links to national artic strategy of the U.S., minerals security committee jointly created by U.S. and the EU, FDI screening act of Denmark and Greenland, etc... And you still go on with the same imaginary scenario. And, of course, no links to back up your claim! As to Denmark, it has declared it is not opposed to Greenland's independence long before Trump started with his ridiculous statements. It is absolutely not a "news" (and neither bad nor good from my perspective ). And Greenland has already presented its draft constitution for independence in February 2024 (link provided before), which has required several years to design it. It has been in the pipe for years already. The U.S., , Denmark, Greenland and the EU did not wait for Trump's show to identify security and supplly issues, in particular re. China and Russia, and design solutions. They have already happily collaborated on these matters, without needing Trump's idiotic threats.
  13. China failed, as you know. Fact. The U.S., the EU, Denmark and Greenland have since defined policies and laws to prevent China from doing that again. As you know (links posted before). Fact. The China threat is already under control.
  14. And the choice of Hegseth is a good illustration of "back to meritocracy"!
  15. Lame deflection. Fact is that the Weiss report, which is the only new information you linked, doesn't supports your allegations and even contradicts them.
  16. I asked Copilot ( ChatGPT 4) to compare the economic performance of the Biden administration with the performance of the other G7 countries, as they were subject to the same global environnent (which was quite different from pre-Covid). (I have erased the references because they was making the text unreadable. If you want the text with references, I can make another post). Here's the reply: The Biden administration's economic performance can be compared to other G7 countries using various indicators: 1. **GDP Growth**: The U.S. experienced strong GDP growth during Biden's tenure, recovering faster than other G7 countries from the pandemic. The U.S. GDP growth rate was higher compared to the average of the other G7 countries 2. **Inflation Rate**: The U.S. managed to bring inflation down after the initial post-pandemic surge. This was a significant achievement compared to some G7 countries that struggled with persistent inflation 3. **Unemployment Rate**: The U.S. saw strong job creation and a significant reduction in unemployment rates. This was one of the best performances among G7 countries 4. **Debt Increase**: The U.S. national debt increased during Biden's administration, but this was a common trend among G7 countries due to pandemic-related spending. The U.S. debt-to-GDP ratio was comparable to other G7 nations. 5. **Innovation**: The U.S. maintained its position as a leader in innovation, with significant investments in technology and clean energy. This was reflected in strong productivity growth and a surge in new business applications. Overall, the Biden administration's economic performance was strong compared to other G7 countries, particularly in terms of GDP growth, job creation, and innovation. If you want to dive deeper into any specific aspect, just let me know!
  17. On the positive side, it 's fun to see GOP congressmen stuck with the contradictions between the different empty promises made by Trump during his campaign! 😆
  18. Another blow at the Pope's infailability concept! 😆
  19. Me too. I hope that Lebanon can become a law-based State again with a functioning administration. Most Lebanese are nice people and deserve a 'normal' life again.
  20. In summary, you have nothing! wake me up when a Grand Jury indicts Joe Biden! 😆
  21. You opened a thread at the occasion of the publication of the Weiss report, suggesting that it may support your claim that Biden would be crooked. You haven't been able to cite a single line of this report to back up your claim, and I have shown that the report actually contradicts your suggestion. 😆 At the same time you were playing the confusion card by trying to pass on the older report from the ridiculous GOP Committee which failed miserably to find anything incriminating on Joe Biden. You can entertain yourself with some 'Comer said' B.S. as much as you want, it will likely be without me.
  22. China failed years ago. You are making claims without backing them up with any source. All what I claimed is backed up by facts and sources.
  23. It's not necessary. Greenland is part of NATO and there is already a U.S. base in Greenland. So it's protected by art. 5. As to China, it already failed its attempt to expand in Arctic countries, as you already know. And its been worse because of its support of Russia. Following China's example, the U.S. and the EU have defined an Artic Strategy. Denmark voted an investment screening act in 2021, in accordance with the 2019 EU Directive, and Greenland announced a declination of it (Greenland screening Act) in February 2024. The objective of both Acts is to protect national security and in particular to keep control of Infrastructures. https://investmentpolicy.unctad.org/investment-laws/laws/435/denmark-investment-screening-act#:~:text=The purpose of this Act,through screening and potential intervention https://kromannreumert.com/en/news/investment-screening-is-a-hot-topic-greenland-announces-its-own-investment-screening-act#:~:text=Investment screening underway in Greenland&text=The purpose of the announced,Greenlandic society's basic critical infrastructure. I have posted additional information in a previous post above. The U.S., , Denmark, Greenland and the EU did not wait for Trump's show to identify security and supplly issues, in particular re. China and Russia, and design solutions. They have already happily collaborated on these matters, without needing Trump's idiotic threats.
  24. Oh the MAGA rich imagination! - ISIS had been already quasi-anihilated by Obama, Kurdish, and Shia forces, - a fake peace agreement between countries which were not in conflict at all and were already engaged in military cooperation. - Trump got played by Kim, - set nothing on track. The world economy was already in good shape before Trump: regular growth, low inflation etc.. Trump received a good economy from Obama! - etc...
