At one time or another I have tried most every home herbal remedy for BP. Some have impact some do not, for me anyway. I believe Nacin, Magnesium and organic apple cider vinegar to be most affective for me personally.
However, this is only a "band aid", there is no substitute for getting off my a$$ for daily exercise and limiting food intake to get rid of the chubby body.
YMMV

To my knowledge Thailand is only nation in world advocating mix n match of vaccines.
I do realize Thai superior intellect allows them the privilege of discerning proper application of science developed by other nations (i.e. vaccines) but it does appear rest of the world don't play that game.......

General experience dictates anything that is an exception, slight difference or out of the norm will be a problem when dealing with any government bureaucracy, especially so in Thailand.

I concur. Pretty much every nation has a whirlwind of paperwork and regulations. The first time.
After that you are either in or out and they leave you alone.

Ta daaaa....
Will never be a business or wealth producing nation as long as an investor must turn controlling interest in his investment to a Thai national.

They come up with all these ideas but one has to wonder if any of the persons discussing new proposals actually know any expats? Or dare try ask any expat or foreigner in generally why they go to Thailand?

OK, so let's assume that the numbers being spouted off about incoming tourists are correct and its @30,000+ for each of November and December. That should mean that - assuming that they are all tourists and non-returners, family etc - that 30,000 tourists will be in the country at any one time if they stay for up to a month.
At 30,000 tourists - many of whom will not stay in BKK - it is not enough to support the cautiously optimistic people mentioned in this story. If anything it will drive more out of business for foolishly opening based on ridiculous promises by the PM and his crew before instigating Thai pass madness and making it even worse.
They need 20,000 to 30,000 per day, each and every day to have any impact on the whole.
But it sounds good to say Thailand is open........

My math says 12,043 foreigners. At least the number noted, not 20k.
But I have been wrong often.....

OK, Monday was "successful." Anyone see reported numbers for Tuesday?
Inquiring minds.....

There has been an invention called a "lift." There is even a specialty "lift" developed exactly for occasions such as this open and capable of holding one wheel chair occupant.
i would offer it most likely more economical and certainly not as monumental effort required to install as the current "ramp."

Sounds like they also experienced a lack of vehicles to transport the arrivals. Glad it was only 3k plus and not the 7k or 30k. God forbid it was 100k, folks would still be waiting today to get to where they needed to go for their quarantine....ugly
Do the hotels not arrange for the quarantine transport??? They have been doing it since beginning, should be old hat by now.

You been there 2 month. He is "giving" you another 2 months. Move on and call it a day.
There is nothing worse than staying in a toxic relationship, be it romantic, employment or renting. The stress over time will not be worth the benefit of standing your ground few more months. In the end you gotta move anyway, it is not a permanent home.....

Is it including the crew or just tourists?
110/7000= 63.6 passengers per flight.
Wowwww
I had same inclination to do the math. That ain't great numbers. and reality will most likely be much less.
I am sure there will be rush first couple weeks of those been waiting to get back home or visit family. But those type travelers won't drive the numbers needed to head off the great depression.

The first I've read of this. You can't leave your zone for 7 days after arrival! So not free to travel anywhere in Thailand. And your first night has to be within 2 hours of where you land. I'm guessing swampy.
https://www.tatnews.org/2021/10/thailand-reopening-living-in-the-blue-zone-17-sandbox-destinations/
Requirements:
- Travel by air from any country around the world.
- Stay the first 7 nights within one of the 17 Blue Zone Sandbox destinations if planning to continue the journey to other destinations in Thailand.
Oh, My goodness. Just what every holiday reveler is looking for.
Thailand is open boys!!

Given that 70% of tourists were coming from China pre-Covid, is it fair to blame Thai policies when China, Aus, NZ and other countries are locked down?
Even if Thailand eliminated the hurdles, opened the bars and offered free soapies on arrival, the vast majority of tourists can't leave their own countries. And some that can have to quarantine when they get back home.
Well, I will say this:
I traveled to BKK in July from Turkey with 4 hour layover in Doha. Doha airport was as full as I have ever seen an airport. Food court full, not easy to find space for family of five to sit for awhile.
There are people traveling so every country is not locked down......

"......it turns out the beaches, temples, food, and smiles arent the draw they were thought to be......"
That is the draw, but must be considered in context of the competition.
There are 100s of places on this earth that offer same. Relatively cheap and easy yo get to has always been the advantage of Thailand. Eliminate either and Thailand is just another place.
Currently, they have eliminated both. Let travelers learn there are other cheap, easy alternatives and Thailand is forgotten faster than yesterday's daydream.

Sadly that is the risk what every traveller have to take now days if travel!
I'll call that and raise you: Show me one country that puts you in hospital of their choice for 2 weeks at your expense when you are not sick.
Seems it is held steady through all this, all over world 85% positive tests are asymptomatic or even very mild. Positive tests are told to stay home or shelter in place if traveling. As we know, Thailand has quite different policy......
