  1. Well, Michael Saylor keep saying it's going to 150k plus. I finally got my Bitkub account set-up. Just playing with it and bought 2000 baht of NEAR which has gone up lol Anyone use the BINANCE trading bot? RAZZ
  2. Thanks for that...I have a shortlist of about 20 at the moment. I quite like the idea behind BAT.... Basic Attention Coin. I think the concept of internet "privacy" is taking off and "Brave" only has something 34.4m+ users at the moment. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brave_(web_browser)

  8. Got my jab at TRIA today (APPARENTLY thanks to the British Embassy link as posted/shared). All very civilised and no queue so to speak of. Arrived at 9.10 am filled in a form, paid 50 baht service fee, got ticket number 57, then waited about 10 minutes for my jab. Told to come back on the 19th November for my second dose. Then advised to sit in a chair for 30 minutes in case of adverse effects. Out the door by 10am. 10/10. RAZZ
  9. I'm sure some/most of this is ill gotten gains. But in the Thai media it said he was previously married to a wealthy car dealer who sold exotic cars? As we know rich Thais only marry other rich Thais so perhaps he comes from money? Also, these "promotions" in the RTP cost a fair few quid!
  10. A mate in the UK (not on this forum) wants to marry his Laos gf and live there. I have read about SP-B3 that it's a paperwork nightmare and takes a bit of "greasing the wheels". https://laotiantimes.com/2018/09/14/foreigners-married-lao-citizens-spouse-visa/ Does anyone have any recent experience? Or if they can recommend any links he can read or Agent to use? This one is a bit old: chrome-extension://oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm/https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/409097/Information_for_British_nationals_intending_to_marry_in_Lao_PDR.pdf Many thanks RAZZ
  11. Right... I have been using Transferwise/Wise for a few years. It has always taken two days from my Nationwide Account to Bangkok Bank account. I have read how people from other banks receive their funds "in seconds". So posting on a Facebook Group there seems to be no rhyme to reason to this. "Bangkok Bank is TW's primary banking partner in Thailand. If the transfer needs to show up as foreign/international in the bank book with the bank code FTT, you must use the correct reason for the transfer, which is "Funds for long term stay in Thailand". To be 99,99% sure, you must contact TW and tell them to tag the account to Bangkok Bank. Then they will always use Bangkok Bank as receiving bank instead of their other 2 banking partners, Kasikorn Bank and Thai Military Bank. I have used TW since 2017 and Bangkok Bank is the receiving bank. My deposits always shows up as "International Transfer" = FTT in my bank book and in my bank account online. If using other banks than those 3 banking partners, then every single deposit will show up as an "Interbank Transfer" or the equivalent terminology at other banks." So - it appears that if you have Kasikorn or Thai Military Bank you will get a FTT/International transfer. - I assume the speed is also due to the way that these two banks fulfil their payments. Sofar - There is no-one who has come up with a specific reason if BANGKOK BANK transfers can be done more quickly using Transferwise. RAZZ
