I wouldn't worry too much about health insurance at your age once you get the Big C the public health system will be the best ,they will know exactly WHEN to stop the treatment The private health system because you are paying will only give you false hope and prolong your "treatment" for no reason No better to accept your at the tail end of your life and as the saying goes my dear fellow...<deleted> happens! Why waste money on private health insurance when you have less than 20 years left ,spend it on other things

Time and time again I see posts on different forums mostly from those going to Asia for a vacation about taking antibiotics BEFORE a trip there,even though they have no illness Is there any benefit to take antibiotics such as doxycycline, Cephalexin etc before going to Asia say on your 2 week vacation ? Ok last time I was in Pattaya I went to see a dentist in the day night area I had a front lower tooth which is had decayed from the bottom of the tooth. I could see the yellow decay at the bottom Now I knew something was wrong when I laid in the chair and all he did was "cover" the decay with the white plaster !!! 900 baht and 5 minutes I'm thinking isn't he supposed to drill out the yellow decay ....then put the white plaster filling in????? So let's fast forward a few months the white plaster has come off with brushing and the decay is still there at the bottom of the front tooth ,all he did was COVER the tooth Now I will have to go back to another dentist on my next visit I need to know the treatment for a front lower tooth that has a decay at the very bottom of it Isn't the drill used to take out the decay ? Then they put the filling in? 1/ x-ray 2/ drill 3/ white filling

Yes everyday sometimes twice a day as I suffer from anxiety as well But the last 2 weeks I have barely been going as I now have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome I have a new GP who is quite good ,better than the last 2 this year who just became plain rude to me. I went to the gym today, treadmill and exercise bike 2 hours 500 calories I put the phone on the treadmill so I can use it to read etc
