The problem is that if it takes you 2 weeks to drink a barrel then the beer will change taste over this time as it deteriorates, depending on whether you keep the barrel in ambient temperature or in a chilled environment.

Breweries in Thailand supply their chillers, fonts, lines, gas and glassware for free. They also send someone to clean the lines once a week (in Bangkok, at least).
Chang barrels contain 30 litres. If you are only going to drink 1 or 2 barrels a month then it won't be worth it to the brewery or their distributors to loan you the equipment.
A 30 litre barrel will cost you about 2,000 baht, or 67 baht per litre. The thing is you will have to pay the electricity to continuously keep the chiller refrigerated. It's no good wanting a cold beer then turning the chiller on - it takes hours to build up a cold reserve.
Or you could buy a pack of 12x620ml bottles for 589 baht from Tesco Lotus, which costs about 79 baht per litre.
If you drink 2 barrels a month you will save 720 baht against the Tesco Lotus price, but you will have to pay the increased electricity bill. The other point is that chillers produce quite a lot of heat. If the equipment is in an air-conditioned room you will be paying to chill the beer, then you will be paying again to cool the room the chiller has heated.
There is probably a reason more people don't have this setup at home; which is that the cost savings spread across a couple of barrels a month are not worth the hassle.

You need to check this and be absolutely certain that their flights leave from the same terminal and that there is an airside connection available. You also have to consider through ticketing for baggage.
Any changing of terminal or if they need to collect their baggage and re-check it then they will need a transit visa.

Also, if the parents were legally married when the children were born then both parents must authorise the children's Thai passports.
If the father doesn't attend the passport office then the children won't be going anywhere.
If, however, the parents were not legally married then the father has no rights to speak of. He would need to legitimise the children in Court to establish his rights.

What about this from Super Rich (the well known orange coloured money exchange). I'm not endorsing it, just saying that it exists.
Considering it is aimed at tourists, you would hope they are well set up to accept foreign nationals as customers.

That depends on the merchant. Some allow split payments and some do not. Some merchants do not have a spending threshold, some have a minimum 500 baht limit.
